A real basso profundo can sing an C2 with crazy resonance (That means, that they can go lower than C2 but not with the power of their C2. They can go down to G1, F1 in chest). With that resonce note I mean fortisimo (I think it is called so).

I once was so sick that i just tapped a G#1 but my usual daily is more like E2, just shows how sick i really was, also while yes it is nice to sing low when you are sick, but have you ever tried singing high, it feels like dying

I’ve only recently figured out I can hit such notes during the quarantine. The lowest I could go was an A1, after two months of practicing everyday down to an E1. It actually makes hitting the upper notes more effort. But enjoyable nonetheless.
