Great tour and narration about an amazing feat of engineering. Thomas Telford was certainly a man born before his time. Enjoyed watching and listening. Cheers, Paul

Hi both thanks for the lovely look and talk on this historic 1814 bridge which was really good to hear about. Thomas Telford got everywhere ! Didn't know about about this bridge before so it was interesting to hear that it's the oldest cast iron bridge in Scotland , 150ft long and supported by just one arch. So good and its no wonder that it was celebrated in 2015 by going on Royal Mail stamps . The River Spey looks lovely and its nice that there is a beach area with picnic benches and paths there too. That must be a good place to visit. Thanks so much for the lovely tour. Have a great week :) ~ Anna ❤

Thank you Anna. It's a bridge we've passed countless times and never visited. What a sight it must have been with all those horses and carts going over it. Until I did the research on this bridge, I didn't know Thomas Telford was Scottish! Hope you guys have a great week too :) xx

Thank you! You should check out your uncle's history - maybe he walked across this bridge in that parade when the regiments were merged! I didn't know Thomas Telford was Scottish until I researched this. Have a great week!
