I don't think half of these were even bad. No scoping is obviously no guarantee for sucess so I wouldn't call it a bad callout. And defusing the bomb was their only option at 2:41 because they were running out of time.

and in the other situation they had a kit so they could have waited a lil longer or he could have baited it first by tapping on the bomb and not full sticking it

I love Alex and all but her calling to plant in that one clip is an awful backseat moment. You need 4 seconds to plant for the round to even continue, he was past it. On top of that, the guy would've killed him planting. Teo legit made the only move he had/could've done. I rarely care about moments or backseats like that but that one really would've drove me nuts too just like him.
