By the way, I recommend you to start growing your own food, I see you are curious and like to try new things and growing your own food, even if it sounds boring is quite an addictive and enjoyable activity once you get started and understand the basics of it, it’s also a great way to complement your nutrition which I can see is really important for you and to maintain that amazing physique. Growing your own food will provide you with higher nutritious food and less of the bad elements that are added to some of the commercial grown shop veggies and fruits.

You don't need to be a Cordon Bleu but surely there is a way of cooking ground turkey and chicken breast to make it a little more interesting and still meet your nutritional needs? There are so many recipes available which add interest without losing nutrients. I can live a life without cigars and joints but I think I would end it if I had to consume food this way every day. Try passion fruit on the fruit salad - intense flavour and virtually no sugar for its weight. A little oil and vinegar on the salad or sesame and soy on the cucumber. More spices and herbs - fresh ones, like parsley and dill on the fish; sage and thyme on chicken, tarragon and oregano on the turkey. Try some wholegrain in the carbs when you do have them.

You should only wash the berries you are eating. When you wash them and out back into fridge wet they grew mold and mildew
