at the agony and injustice and pain of this.
I die in loneliness and in grief and in rage and in shame...
Than why don't you be yourself the best friend? Why don't you face your loneliness? Completely without escaping, thinking but giving totally attention to your loneliness? Perhaps than you can walk free from agony in this life not needing anyone but still having everyone.

What Mooji describes in the beginning is like what i experience in the state called (wrongly) psychosis.
My first bird has been very dysfunctional and miserable, second bird is peacefully watching with an unassuming joy.l have heard the 2'nd bird parable for years, this morning is the first experience

The first bird keeps attacking the 2nd bird. I is here, watching, content, then BAM! 1st bird attacks, gets sick, nest falls apart, looks at 2nd bird and yells. "Why do you just sit there.. doing nothing."
Is this where 2nd bird smiles and knows everything is OK. 1st bird just needs to chill.
The I really hopes to get a tree without 1st bird.
What about the third bird ?
