Sir mujhe eye contact ki problem hai sir bahut nd mai av bhopal AIIMS gya tha to psychiatry me bole ki meditation Karo sudhar lao , sir aap kuchh btaiye meditation m kr leta hu but Mera eye contact ki dikkat bni hui h bahut 🙏🏼😭😭

सर अब में बीमार होउ न होउ मेरे को घरवालों को लगता है कि मैं बीमार हू जितनी बड़ी समस्या मेरी बीमारी है उससे ज्यादा मेरे घर वाले बन गए है इसी बजह चौदह साल सिर्फ दवाइयां खाये जा रही हू अतिसंवेदनशील हो चुके है
