i just restored my 29mm first ever techdeck and its so fun to use takes me back to when i first started. and now my 32mm main deck seems so wide and goofy looking 🤣
recently copped an oof 26.5 and the same trucks as you! you'll love the piros btw. They wear in very nicely and I've never had an issue with bearing slip on em.
I did some math, and a fingerboard is 1:8 scale compared to a. Skateboard, so if you wanted a realistic fingerboard, you would need a 23mm wide fingerboard, which is 85mm long (i calculated this from a 27in long and 7.5in long skateboard) After seeing this, a 23mm fingerboard would be tiny

sick vid you inspired me, just ordered a custom 26mm deck from boardkennel and standard 26mm trucks from dynamic, I was thinking of going the monster truck route and throwing on 8mm wheels whatchu think
Yoooo awesome to hear man hope you like the 26mm size, its fun.....and honestly i wouldnt be to sure man i got minis and they are perfect with a 26mm size so 8mm wheel might be to big and you might have a issue with wheel bite but not 100% sure, but if you dont care about doing hard tricks i say rock it💯

What are you riding now bro if its 34mm i recommend going down to a 29mm first cuz i think the 26mm might be a big jump cuz theres a difference from 29mm to 26mm..26mm being really light and ya what sucks is the smaller decks no matter what are gonna feel light i dont like light setups either but i got use to it. If it really bothers you id say put board rails to make it a lil heavier 👍
