  • Dive into the breathtaking vistas and architectural marvels of Llyn Vyrnwy Dam as never seen before, captured by mesmerizing drone footage.
Shot on a DJI Mini 3 Pro
Lake Vyrnwy, known as Llyn Efyrnwy in Welsh, was constructed in the 1880s in Powys, Wales, to serve as a reservoir for the Liverpool Corporation Waterworks, ensuring a fresh water supply for Liverpool.
Its creation resulted in the submersion of the village of Llanwddyn and the
flooding of the Vyrnwy valley (Afon Efyrnwy in Welsh).
Managed collaboratively by the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) and Hafren Dyfrdwy, the Lake Vyrnwy Nature Reserve and Estate that envelops the lake has become a sought-after destination for ornithologists, cyclists, and hikers.
The reserve holds prestigious designations, including being a national nature reserve, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, a Special Protection Area, and a Special Area of Conservation.

Awesome video that's very atmospheric. Did you require any permission to fly here? Everything I've read says its fine and I've checked drone assist.
