I have oily acne prone skin and I use Derma Co 2% salisylic acid serum but it gaves pimples in my face.
And I use foxtale oil control cleanser it also gives pimples
I think i can't use salisylic acid because it gives irritation.
Can you suggest other alternative serum because I have acne?

Noooo. First off dermaco products are 💩. Secondly salicylic acid should only be use twice a week at most

I don’t like silicon type ones
Biore and L’Oréal one have alcohol on the top so won’t recommend them
acne UV gel I haven’t tried
But I personally love derma co 1% HA sunscreen and dr. Sheths haldi HA
But if you looking for something Repairing then dr. Sheths ceramide one and Concious chemist Sun drunk is great

And sometimes if I use anything which doesn’t suit I get inflamed small acnes
