I think the question we need to ask is, WHY is there a labor shortage in Canada following the pandemic? Is it the direct consequence of demanding people be dosed 5 x's now in order to work in this country? It would seem so, due to the fact that millions of Canadians from all classes within society were forced to leave their employment for standing up for their individual legal right concerning the injections. Which has resulted in labor shortages right across the Country.
Thus, if this is the case, the end and reverse of this condition of employment would go a long way in correcting the situation of the sudden labor shortage.
Provinces have advised that the illegal mandates have been removed; but it doesn't appear this is true in terms of the injections STILL being a CONDITION of employment. And then the same Provinces cry about a labor shortage.
It should also be noted that Canada has lost a great many highly qualified Canadians due to the illegal mandates. That is, they have left the Country and sought employment in another Country!

Perhaps a great many who enjoyed 'working' at home and just do. Or want to go back to the office again. This is a problem right now. Too much money thrown around by the Federal government which put so many on government checks and of course folks took it gleefully and don't want it to stop. Many votes are being 'bought' and that is good for Trudeau. If you can be bought, the your integrity is in question.
Lots of jobs out there, we see them posted everywhere, so where are all those people looking for a job?
We want everything, but we think money is going to fall from the heavens to,pay for it. Doctors want more, teachers want more, minimum wage jobs want more, seniors want more with no thought as to where all this money is to come from. Let's throw more money on health care, it where is that money coming from? Be realistic, taxes or investment are the sources of money. Like you and everyone else, you want more, you earn more. When politicians talk about incentives to attract corporations and investments, the people get up in arms saying they get the breaks and we get nothing. If folks would realize that lowering taxes and granting incentives to co pansies will bring jobs, jobs and more N we all get a job, spend money, grow and our social programs would have the money to be improved, upgraded. Jobs will make the economy grow and attracting them is the answer, not the problem some are making it to be. We have the workers, put them to work.

When I was a younger man about 40 years ago, I was stripping parts from a car in a junk yard when a fellow came to help me mostly just to talk. He turned out to be a heart surgeon from South Africa that was part of the first artificial heart transplant team. He couldn’t practice here and work; unbelievable! What’s worse is the problem still exists today. Let our immigrant doctors work! I’m 69 now and can’t get a family doctor and sometimes can’t get a prescription refill without going to a walk in twice in the same day. Unbelievable. We have become a medical poor resource country with little of our tax dollars going medicine but lots going to big business. Time for a change.
