I can only imagine the look on the Italian dubbing supervisor's face when Gio Gio would've ERUPTED like that in the studio loool; that was immensely loud...even the Hindi and Dutch ones for that matter, they were all super dramatic! I love how deep the French Gothel's tone is, nice contrast from the equally delicate and light voice of Maeva in it. The Lithuanian one literally sounds like some sorceress or a demon, really creepy. And the Kazakh one is basically Elsa screaming at Rapunzel, haha, interesting XD

Amazing one line Luca! My fav Gothels here are: Dutch, English, Polish, Russian, Slovene & Swedish because they are legit scary I think. Some weird choices considering Rapunzel though for sounding very childish, examples are Mandarin Taiwan and Turkish. Well done!

The point he was making is that there is no difference since it is one language, only the pronunciation differs. It’s like saying English in Australia isn’t the same as English in Britain.

Such a wonderfully smooth multilanguage for a brilliant scene, but no one expected any less from you. The slow transitions fit SO well! Yep, class at its finest 😌
Gottsha's Gothel is so iconic somehow, I love her so much. Interesting how Bulgarian has the same word with Albanian for _tower_ lol. The Danish, Dutch & English duos' segment was a solid set of _goosebumps._ Now I can fearlessly tell that Katrīne is not the Latvian singer for this character unlike sources say, I highly doubt that it's not actually Ieva (Tiana & Iduna). Putonghua is so intense oof, I almost can't take it seriously. Aw that voice crack of the Romanian Rapunzel, baby 🥺🥺🥺
Ukraine proved me once again they gave the best international dub to this movie overall ❤
Now if you're into trivia; I've watched the full movie in Italian about 2 years ago when my cousins from Napoli had come over, and I enjoyed it so much (even though I'm not really fond of Laura tbh, but she's fine). Giò Giò however is plain awesome & I hope that she's appreciated by Italians too, because she deserves it. Her "tutta la vita" here is _something_ ❤

And yes, I can guarantee you that in Italy Giò Giò is appreciated by almost everyone, I think we couldn't have chosen a better voice! She's quite _overused_ in tv-series but this doesn't mean her acting is banal or dull, on the contrary, she just slays!
Btw, something I really enjoyed noticing while making this video was the lip-sync, many versions really OWNED that!!! Danish, German, HEBREW, Italian, Quebec French, SWEDISH and Ukrainian :O
