Why are people having arguments over who's better or bashing on one of them? I think both Erza and Lucy are great characters. I mean, while Lucy isn't as physically strong as her teammates, she is still strong in her own way. Erza and Lucy both are amazing and have an amazing friendship. They're like sister's at this point and Erza doesn't look down at Lucy and Lucy doesn't look down on Erza. They both respect each other and I really don't see any need to be bashing on either character.
I agree with you completely. I don't get why people argue either. I mean Lucy is the stongest Celestial Wizard in every way. And not to mention she's the smartest in the team. And Erza is the stongest in the team.
And another comment about Lucys battle with flare, She was crying because she spent so much magic power and she lost because of an outside source, she couldnt fight part of it because she was also being threatened. She got beat so of course she didnt have that much power left.
