Yes that's the point. When we say I, what are we refering to? We say I am feeling sad but when we go there we see that I is never sad. When this is seen sadness cannot stand. 💕

I love non-duality teachings with Rupert but am confused by: if awareness only knows itself as infinite knowing and does not see a multiplicity of objects, then why does it modulate into the finite mind to know the world? Wouldn't awareness of the finite mean infinite consciousness would become finite? I know I am missing something.
Consciousness never becomes finite. All appearances are a seeming appearance only. Appearances are fabricated by thought. Check out the video "direct experience via the five senses" 🙏💕
Your existence is this material realm is out of your karmic forces that you acquired through your actions by the way of your thought creation process (It is the highest power attributed to a human being with the watcher of spiritual being witnessing it ) and putting that into action and finally making it a habit by which you acquire some karmic forces in your causal body and when there is a balance between these forces you will dissolve all these forces with the help of right virtues in you and with no desire and lust left over in this material realm within you over a period of time and finally gets transformed to a higher realm or dimension while you leave this world and we are not aware of what is waiting for us, if at all time exist there and let's hope for the transformation and to experience the newer experience at the will of God. Let's hope for the right transformation and to meet up a newer dimensional life and to keep on gathering experience and be joyful ever

Yes, we get used to it by resting as presence whenever we remember. the reminders come more often and the moments get longer until we can be with experience without losing touch with ourselves as presence.
