It is always better to wash the bottles in running water and avoid touching them with hands after you have cleaned. It is always advisable to not touch the teats with bare hands...

You have to sterelize baby bottles after every single use. U must use a bottle wash soap liquid and never keep the brush inside the sink.keep it on a clean surface.also u need to brush the inside of the teet with a small brush.also soak the bottles in warm water at least 10 minutes.after that make sure u don't touch the teet. Also store it in a clean closed box until next use.

How to sterilize? Dipped completely in Boiling water and boiling for at least 5 minutes if you have water with less minerals or distilled water or RO water to avoid scale deposit on surfaces of bottle and nipples etc. You can keep this boiled water in container for future use.

Bottles are to be sterilised everyday. Even if used once a day. Not once a week.

Hi All, while I agree with your comment but most of the reliable sources online does not recommend this anymore. Of course, you should clean thoroughly with soap and water and this would be good enough, primarily because of the quality of water and bottles these days. It is recommended to sterilise once a while specially after the child has fallen ill/first time use of the bottle/after a travel.. Hope this helps.
why they shouldnt be sterlized.//they should be sterlized everyday

Preferably baby bottle liquid cleanser as any normal soap contains harsh chemicals. Hope this helps
