I recommend You contact your builder. The answer to your questions is dependent on:
- Location
- Type and cost of building materials you use
- Cost of Labour
- Etc
The size of building is dependent on
- Breed of goats your decide to rear (Larger goats require larger space)
- Husbandry system that you adopt (Semi intensive system require less space while more intensive system requires more space)
