Something I've learned recently and I'd like to share. The weather also has an impact on your skin and skincare. I never knew this and never heard anyone talk about it. I have oily skin and even the lightest water gel moisturizers that don't have pore clogging ingredient makes my skin oilier. I live in a very humid city. I tried just using a hydrating lightweight cleanser for the AM and use it couple of times a day without a moisturizer and my skin got so much better. Pretty much listen to what your skin needs. More or less of a product and is it in the AM or PM.
Wow! I clicked on this expecting some bullshit complicated expensive routine but this is so simple? Your hair routine is awesome too? I’m keeping notes lol
I love this and I have a good gut feeling to trust your information :). Would you happen to know some sunscreen brands you recommend or spf number? I love sunscreen but I notice it has been even adding oil to my skin or causing some breakouts. I probably need to change the type I use. But am not sure which to change to. Thank you
i dont pop my pimple but after two to thre days the leave a dark spot, I am currently treating those dark spots and my open pores with a niacinamide secum, I also apply a layer of Vaseline after serum and the medication, I can see the difference. Also, I wanted to ask that Iam home most of the day and do not go out much so is it okay if i dont apply sunsceen daily?
i have dry skin and every time i use a cleanser it makes my skin break out, is there anything to prevent this/more gentle cleansers you would recommend?
If you're breaking out with a cleanser then your skin is likely sensitive to certain harsher surfactants in it. Some harsh cleansers will damage your skin barrier, so your skin loses the ability to keep up the moisture. The imbalance now can make your skin go very dry, and/or oily because your skin is trying to compensate the dryness by producing more oils, which can cause breakouts. Anyway, I dont know where you live or what your budget is like, but for your next cleanser, do try reading the ingredient label (ignore the packaging or marketing words even if it says "gentle"), and make sure it does NOT contain sulfates, parabens AND fragrances. Another method for you is not to use a traditional cleanser meanwhile, but to clean your skin with micellar water on a cotton pad. Then to combat dryness, keep a rose water spray around and mist your face. If you're breaking out that easily, your goal would be to restore your skin's lipid barrier - and your body is a wonderful machine that will do that in time. To speed it up, get adequate sleep, hydration, vitamin C and zinc. Good luck!
I don’t know what rub with my face 😭 My nose is burning and itchy so is my forehead And it’s really really dry I’m using Natural oils like coconut oil Shea butter Hope I recover
Yes it’s great 😍 But with low porosity hair, there's a bit of debate. This hair type doesn't absorb moisture easily, so coconut oil can sometimes just sit on top, causing buildup instead of helping. Some people with low porosity hair use it sparingly, while others skip it. It’s all about finding what works for your hair! Anyways I didn’t want to skip this step because it has been a major game changer for so many 🫶🏻💖🤩
Well, oil cleansing can be beneficial even if you don't wear makeup. For removing sunscreen, impurities, excess sebum, and I find that it also helps with balancing skin oils and keeps my face more with a healthy shiny/moisture. I wouldn't say you need to, but if you choose the right oil for your skin it could certainly help!
If you're wearing your sunscreen throughout the day then yes it's better to use oil cleanser to remove it at night before going on with your water based cleanser
Uhhh if feel you !! 🥲💘 sometimes I can’t keep my hands from them too but it’s better leave them alone 😭 If you have hyperpigmentation use a good vitamin c serum & do a aha/bha peeling 1-2 times a week. I hope this helps 🫶🏻🤍
probably combo 🫶🏼 try to only bake your nose (huda beauty easy bake is the best) & carry a volcanic stone roller with you, it's a game changer!! i'm a combo girly too btw haha 🤍
I recommend putting ice in your water at all times ill admit i struggle to drink water i wouldnt do it until i felt like it and putting ice made me want to drink it because its so cold and refreshing ice motivated me to drink water more
Zinc is really good for your skin. It helps with acne, heals wounds faster, and protects your skin from the sun. I will include it in more detailed skin care videos.
How is your channel not bigger? I hope you get the exposure you deserve :) Thanks for the tips!
At 5:45 not only having a healthy diet will help gain clear skin but will reduce bloating , spots and more! 💖
I do have a great healthy diet but does not change anything

i'm not a 100% sure, but i think spf 50 will be good
A good sunscreen I use for my face is called COTZ (contains only titanium zinc) I really like it and it doesn’t have all the bad stuff
Try black girl, it doesn’t leave a white cast and is great under makeup 🫶🏻 the kids version is cheaper and works just as well 😉💵
make sure u use an organic or all natural sunscreen as some can cause skin cancer! some good brand are all good and sunorganics
thank u!

Is using coconut oil ok??? Also amazing video 💙

@@BeautyTheoryOfficial Okk tysm 😊! I didn't know if you'd respond because I'm pretty late to the video 💙
It may look dumb but... Do i need to do oil cleansing even though i din't used make up? Can someone answer that, please 🥺
I have the same question 😅

Yes cleansing is washing your face to remove germs and others .....
Yes
Do you do the oil cleanser at night and the water cleanser in the morning ?
Oil + water based in the evening. Water based in the morning. But you can adjust it to your skins needs 😊
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial Thank you
Do you recommend oil + water based in the evening and water in the morning for acne skin and oily skin
Double cleanse increased by break out
Make sure you wash all of the oil off 🫶🏻 Maybe your cleanser is too harsh.
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial could be but I feel like oil cleansers don't suit me, not balms too. After I stopped, my break decreased
Hang on so i mix almond oil with my face wash?
No, you first wash your face with an oil based cleanser *or* pure almond oil. After that you go in with your normal cleanser. Hope it helps
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial ohhh ok ty lol
Can someone with normal skin also have acne
I have popped my pimples before does that mean getting glass skin will be harder for me
Uhhh if feel you !! 🥲💘 sometimes I can’t keep my hands from them too but it’s better leave them alone 😭 If you have hyperpigmentation use a good vitamin c serum & do a aha/bha peeling 1-2 times a week. I hope this helps 🫶🏻🤍
Should I oil cleanse every day?
I personally only do it when I wear make up or feel like i need to massage out sebum. But I know people that do it everyday and swear by it. 🥰
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial thank youuu
