This is a great deal for the price! Wow!!! Awesome. Great video :) you could build homes and walls and all kinds of stuff with the rocks from the fields! How cool ! I saw a couple houses over 150 yrs old in Illinois that were built from rocks from the lake up there and maybe the farmland.

How often does the snow plow clear the roads in Winter? And what are the Nor’Easters like in that area? If Winter is the longest season that would be good to know.
Maine is well equiped for removing snow from our roads. NorEasters are not that common but when we get them we usually get snow. A 12 inch snow storm here is not uncommon but does not shut our world down like it would in most states. Most of us who choose to live here, enjoy the winter for its piece and quiet and winter sports.
2:25, Solar works in the north but it works more efficiently in direct sunlight for longer time.

There is a well that provides water for the home.
The land is ag land the portion that is being farmed and the open area that is grass land. The remainder is enrolled in Tree Growth, with a current plan in place and a tremendous stocking of merchantible timber.
The depth of the well is 90 feet, and has provided ample water for the home even in a dry summer.

How deep does water wellgo, sorry missed the intro to well♡
Not sure what the well depth is. I do know it is relatively shallow. It has a shallow well pump located in the basement for pumping the water from the well. Best guess about 45-50 feet of depth. Has provided ample water during the 30+ years my client lived there.
The seller just informed me that when they drilled the well they struck water at 30 feet, and drilled an additional 60 feet. The overall depth is 90 feet, and has provided plenty of water even in a dry season.
