I love this property.
I can't afford it
Awesome place! Love the creek! Hopefully there is land behind the creek too. That's where my honey bees could live
I don't like that it's 250-300k. Home in rural upstate NY that small is 150-200. Older ones 100-150. Other than that it's pretty darn nice.
@tomesposito5826 - we used to live in Starkville, Johnstown and Gloversville. It is gorgeous, but wow, the weather is unreal. You will like the taxes and weather here MUCH better. Promise.
What dreams are made of.
Cute little house
How cool is that a paddle as a rail so cool
2 ac for a 2/2 ?
@michaellovelace8995 - its more like closer to 4 acres. 4± more pics and details here: bluegrassteam.com/country-living-at-its-best-3160/
Hey Brad, how can we get connected via text or email? I plan on moving to KY and need your help. Thanks. 🙏
@tamashakadeh1 - Can our Team jump on a 15-minute pre-buyer consult, so we can find out where you’re at? This isn’t a sales call - it’s literally about YOU - why you want to move to Kentucky? How much land do you need? Price point? How soon? This is the best way to get us to send you properties that match what YOU want.
call or text Amanda (502) 517-9702 - you will love her - and she will connect you with the top suited Team Member for exactly what you are looking for.
@@BradSimmons I’ll email you with a brief summary of everything so you know exactly what I have in mind and … 🙏😊
@@BradSimmons Tnx a lot. Just texted her.
I like having a creek in back, I remember catching crawdads for hours at my garandads.
And "property taxes" / "extorsion fee"? About $10-15k / year?
@@skybiz4520 - taxes will be about $2,000± per year. it pays for schools, roads, fire and police, and a bunch of other stuff. Highly inefficient the way Govt works? YES! Helpful to us? Yes.
I’m surprised you knew every single one of those tools @Brad.. 😂😂 Just giving you a hard time brother. Very cute lil spot for someone. Also, I’m sorry, some people don’t get your sense of humor. I knew it was a harmless joke. And I didn’t get offended at all. Stay blessed brother!!
@bladesofglorylawnmaintenan6354 - thank you brother! and yes, I know tools - we grew up poor, welfare and food stamps, single mom - we had to repair stuff. Tools are still in my shop. 😀 I can't wait 3 months for some dude to maybe show up - and charge me a fortune, I make and fix my own stuff (when I can). 😀. Stay safe and love one another!!!!
Cute
Not exactly affordable for the size..
Love 💖💖💖💖💖
Idk Brad. But with modern so called fashion, I've see a whole lot of ugly buttons. 😂😂😂

Glad to see you back brad Wyatt currently in Nashville TN
Usually like your videos but your Catholic comment about the Blessed Virgin Mary was disrespectful. Do better.
Stop your whining and loosen up a bit. It's people like you that are ruining our country. Always looking for something to complain about, always angry and always trying to bring someone down because your life is so miserable
@gme5802 - please explain why putting our Blessed Virgin Mary in a shrine on your front lawn is not wonderful.
@@BradSimmons It’s not a shrine it’s a dirty old bathtub. And your smart @$$ comment about “Catholic friends”… need I say more. I guess I can’t expect more from our non Catholic “friends”.
@@gme5802 - that's what they use. We can have it cleaned and installed for you if you'd like. We can do it before you even move in. You gotta provide the Mary - we can't choose that for you. But we're glad to help you get that done, so it looks nice, clean and fresh.
This is about as inoffensive a channel as you’re gonna find on TH-cam. Brad is a very friendly goes out of his way to be nice person. If you got offended by him you’re trying really hard to be offended!!! YOU KEEP BEING YOU BRAD WE LOVE YOU!!!
