Superb mate. Been playing for proper last three years. Learning for real with the intention of being able to play “SONGS!“. Not just frittering about making tuneful ramblings.

Love this lesson. Struggling with opening position though. My 12 string doesn’t have a cutaway . Any thoughts ?

Re cutaway: Wanted Dead Or Alive: Persevere if your guitar doesn’t have one. I can play it on my Takamine and that has no cutaway either. It’s trickier but it can be done. If you have a six string that you can amplify; add a touch of Chorus and reverb. This will fatten the sound out and make it twang more like a 12 string. Good luck! 👍🏻

Buy another 12 string. Remember, the formula for enough guitars is N+1.
