Let's be honest, this is what the real ending to the civil war should be.
One day modder will do it, I mean they already created a new entire war against the Thalmor but you have to finish the civil war quest, I don't remember the name of the mod now tho. Edit The second great war mod.
@@robfus Thanks. Bethesda should have made that a DLC.
That's actually how my Skyrim headstory goes.

I always loved to imagine how prior to slaying Alduin, the Dragonborn was winning over the admiration of all Skyrim, but too consumed with their own wars, Tallius and Ulfric have their own sort of Game-of-Thrones'y council discussions where they almost try not to worry about the Dragonborn's quest against the Dragons, but can't help but realize they're losing the people while the Dragonborn makes the people of Skyrim question the Stormcloack rebellion and the Thalmor
I just like how no ones pointed out that the dragon bone helmet in this looks like the enclave power armor helmet.
Now this would indeed be the one true ending for Skyrim: imperials and stormcloaks fighting together against the thalmor
If only we had that choice. And that dragonbone helmet looks a million times better than the one we have now.

It Would be really interesting to see what would happen to Dragonborn after their death.
If you complete all the side quests your immortal soul has been claimed by so many factions it's ridiculous.
Sovenguard, basically every deadric Prince, the soul cairn. Sithis maybe.
Honestly there was probably a massive war in Oblivion just over who could claim Dragonborns afterlife.
Reverse-Lobo syndrom: Every place wants Dragonborn's soul so much, it goes to no one.
reminds me of that one episode from spongebob where mr.krab's sold his soul to countless demons, and when the demon's tried to claim it all they is an i.o.u. note.
It would probably end up like John Constantine. They all come to a mutual agreement that the Dragonborn will be immortal to avoid a massive war.
The Last Dragonborn, in my opinion, after completing so much quests, both great and vile, would be revered as one of divine blood, and if you have the right attitude, can say the Last Dragonborn achieved Chim by using the console commands
One massive war and the dragonborn fights for the right to claim his own soul claiming the title of a minor god, with likelihood to be a major like Talos. Afterwards he/she claims the souls of the most loyal companions/followers. Also kicks molag bal's ass of he tries to keep serana's soul.
The dragonborn may have the backing of a few of the gods that would support their rise plus all the mortals that view him as a hero.
My personal head cannon.
Skyrim Has always felt unfinished to me. The whole Game feels like the rise of the New Dragonborn Emperor. With The Truce Built to Kill Alduin and with The assassination of the Current Emperor. It only Seems the next naturel step would be Unification and WAR with the Talmor.
💯
Hence why there needs to be a Skyrim 2.
@@brandonklassen4368 Yeah I keep hoping some mod group would do it. but these Huge Mods like Skyblivion and New Bruma are taking much longer then hoped. Understandable they are doing it for free.

I feel Skyrim and TES in general has been neglected for way to long. And these re-re-leases are just slaps in the face. And no I do not count the MMORPG. I cannot stand MMOs they just feel like Theme Park games.

You already had my curiosity and interest with "Dragonborn's Rest." Now you have my attention.....
this animation , music , story is masterpiece . U are doing great job, thanks ! I wish to see serial based on this story
My Perfect Skyrim vision is Dragonborn as warrior king with Tullius and Ulfrik as generals both being responsible for speeches and overall morale
As Dragonborn, the Dovakiin has a legitimate claim to the Imperial Throne. By becoming the Emperor, he could ally the Empire with the Stormcloaks and declare war upon the Aldameri Dominion.
Being the Dragonborn you are in Skyirm, I 'd like to think he could easily convince the Argonians, Bretons, and maybe even some of the Orcs to join forces with the Empire, as the Aldemari Dominion was opressive to anyone not of the Mer race (Elves). That crap would be an awesome Eldar Scrolls 6.
>Join Stormcloaks all because they tried taking my head and the boys
>Declare yourself Emperor and tell any imperial you have the blood of akatosh making you rightful heir to Ruby throne.
I love this, Please keep it up! I want to see more of this.
Both sides working together that’s awesome. It’s the timeline of Skyrim we never got.
This already epic and can't wait to see part three. But imagine if he got the companions as werewolves to join him standing in the front lines. With Ulfric and Dovahkiin knowing shouts and plus werewolves, the Thalmor would shit thier pants. Lol
When your army has werewolves, dragons, battle hardened colovians and Nords, reforged Blades, pissed off Mages, and two students of the Thu’um who all are out for your blood… The Dominion should seriously consider surrender.

Honestly i dont understand why there isn't an ending to keep peace between them. In the Thalmor Embassy in a chest there are three journal's detailing the blades, the empire, and ulfric stormcloak and what they're plans are. I just wish we could give them to their respective factions.
Man you have drawn how we all wanted the game to end!
Nice job!
I wish Bathesda gave you a third choice in the War Saga: "The Dragonborn's Legacy" side. Where you convince both sides to stop fighting eachother, and face the bigger threat to Skyrim: The Thalmor. You do this, by convincing both sides thar they have the same goal. You xan convince Ulfric, by basically giving him proof that Tullius hates the Thalmor just as much as he does, and does in fact have a plan to beat them back as well. And you can convince Tullius and the Legion this, by proving that Ulfric did actually beat Torigg fairly. Because, and correct me if I'm wrong, I do believe that if you speak to Torigg in Soverngard, he says that Ulfric was a fair fighter. Or, at the very least, that he still holds respect for the man. Or, if I'm wrong, you could also convince Tullius and Elisiff that Torigg wouldn't have wanted the Thalmor to hold power in Skyrim, and make them see the two sides joining together to fight them off as sort of his dying wish. Though, I could see this being an option you only get if you have beaten the main quest, and been to Soverngard. Because then, not only will you have probably talked to Torigg, but you will also have more say because, you did save the world. So people would ge far more trusting if you and your word.
I bet they’re marching towards the Thamlor home base to destroy them once and for all.
This would be a cool alternative to the civil war
If the civil war quest line ended this way, then the second great war mod would have been even more fun
I wish we had this option for the Civil War questline =)
Could make an entire fancanon where dragonborn has the blades, stormcloaks, imperials, thief's guild, odahviing, durhnehviir, ect, and curbstomps those haughty upstart thalmor on the neck. And from there, I now want a mod that lets me do that.

United we stand, divided we fall. And if Ulfric is willing to stop his silly rebellion, then the Empire will gladly fight side by side with his Stormcloaks.
*SILLY!? ULFRIC STORMCLOAK IS RETAKING WHAT IS HIS LAND BY BIRTHRIGHT AND RETURNING SKYRIM TO IT’S TRUE OWNERS!*
If the Empire is willing to fight the Thalmor, the Stormcloaks will gladly fight side by side with Cyrodiil. The rebellion started because the Stormcloaks believe that the Empire is not tough enough on the Thalmor. A belief even by those who are not politically invested. For example, the College of Winterhold's Mirabelle Ervine says to Ancano: "You may be used to the Empire bowing to your every whim...".
Nah, the empire hate Ulfric. They're literally trying to execute him because he murdered the High King of Skyrim. They wouldn't get all chummy if he suddenly had a change of heart
@@deadshotruby6667 Which is hilarious because "not supporting the Empire" is really the only thing that the Empire doesn't like about Ulfric, regardless of what RL Empire supporters say. Duels to the death to achieve status? The Legion in Morrowind did just that. Racism? See what Hemming Black-Briar says to Talen-Jei. However, the Empire is totally OK with those because they are all pro-Empire factions.
@@DarkAdonisVyers Well no. Ulfric did challenge Torygg to a duel to the death, which he did agree. By all rights, the empire should have recognized it to be fair. The reason they didn't is 1: Ulfric cheated because he used a shout to get the upper hand. It wasn't a fair fight. 2: Ulfric becoming high king is kinda problematic, because he'd separate Skyrim from the empire. If the Empire lost Skyrim, then they'd lose hope of ever beating the Thalmor, and they know that. It's even made clear if you join the Empire that if they ever want hope of being free from the Thalmor that they need Skyrim to work with them. Ulfric is literally screwing all that up because he thinks he can do a better job
I just realized the Dragonborn is wearing dragonbone daedric armor which is easily the best mod on nexus so far

I want the elder scrolls 6 to be about highrock and whatnot resisting the thalmor invasion, and for you to get backup troops from Skyrim, Stormcloaks and imperials fighting side by side against the rising Thalmor Threat, and for The Dragonborn to come down riding Odahving or Paarhthurnax, with three ancient dragons on either side engulfing the enemy forces in swaths of flame, as a mighty FUS RO DA cracks the very ground and oblitterates the command tent.
Maybe that's what happens if you optionally get help from skyrim, but GOD DAMN Do I want that to happen in TES 6

If only Bethesda made this canon as an actual possibility in the base game. Would be better for both sides, but as always Bethesda likes to give us freedom of choice but when it comes to the ones that matter the most they severely limit our choices. Reality is often disappointing, and for a final handful of salt in the wound: mods don’t have any effect on what is canon and what is not. Either a mod is Lore friendly or it’s not.
Still, one can always dream.
Me and the boys ready to end the summerset isles.
Love the idea.
Personally I dont trust Ulfric and think he is playing the hero and savior and cares mostly of his own tale. I was in highschool when I played the game and felt tricked into taking the stormcloaks side so I might be biased. My freedom loving instincts kicked in and logically it made no sense to side with the people who were to kill me for just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. But to get back to my main point, Ulfric should have known better that he was doing exactly what the thalmor wanted him to do but I believe he didnt care as the empire and elves would fight among themselves and not worry about his kingdom in the north during his lifetime. I think he is an opportunist not a warrior who fights for freedom or peace or justice.
And I do understand Skyrim's pain and seeing your way of life not being allowed anymore and I understand Ulfric wants the Nord way of life to continue and as a man I see honor in standing up but looking at the evidence presented in the game Ulfric is only benefitting himself and will isolate skyrim from the world, weakening them in isolation until the next threat conquers them in a generation or two or three.
----------------------------------------------------
I like to play devil's advocate, so my thoughts go to the thalmor too. Are they and the empire destined to be enemies forever or can men and mer figure out their differences?
I dont pretend to have more then a casual understanding of the lore but to my understanding the difference is the view of Talos/Tiber Septim. One side seeing him as a god hero and the other seeing him as a killer who essentially nuked them. Hard to really find the common ground.
But this is Attack on Titan again, using history and past injustices to justify the injustices they inflict. The cycle of war/violence. But its hard to be the one who stops it as the enemy typically raped and pillaged or annihilated when they had the advantage so retribution seems demanded by the people. Like on a personal level, I dont know if I could ever forgive or get past someone who killed, starved, or raped my loved ones so on a national level how do I expect the difference.
Very well said. we're seeing this unfortunately in Europe now. Many of my Eastern European friends are starting to hate a lot now and quite frankly its disturbing while also completely understandable. I'm lucky to be in Latin America where we don't really have international conflicts, just social ones. The latter can be just as terrible but when its within the family the hate can dissipate more quickly.
I always thought how hypocritical the elves were, when it came to talos. I mean look at Auriel and tell me the difference! They clame him to have been one of them, but somehow became a god. Even THE god in the imperial pantheon. So why cant they leave talos as one too?
Unfortunately, there can be no seeing eye to eye with the Thalmor if you're not both an elf, and a colossal asshole. As I understand it, the main stance of the Thalmor is that elves are superior to other races, and obviously non-elves will never subscribe to that, and elves that DO subscribe to that need to be put down ASAP.
The stormcloaks should look this good in the game
the thalmor stand zero chance againt the stormcloaks, empire, thieves guild, dark brotherhood, dawnguard, every hold in skyrim, like 6 dragons and the dragonborn himself
Thanks
When Stormcloaks and the Legion joined together in one united goal, to push away the Thalmors. It send a chill in my back, that this should've been included in the game. Unite two factions to defeat the greater evil of their position. Although conflicts may not end, there- but at least they consider themselves brothers and sisters just for once.
My ancestors are smiling at me imperials, can you say the same?
I can already see this becoming a youtube series.
I mean who knows this is probably the Elder Scrolls VI storyline. "Talmer's destruction."
I love skyrim despite some serious flaws I still play that game sometimes and parthanax really makes this game truly what is great about it aside from side minor stuff here and there

The Dragonborn is the next emperor. An opening in the job after the dark brotherhood timeline. He Has Dragonblood like the Septims and just makes sense and is the best option for Tamriels future.
It would be Symbolic if the Dragonborn was Buried in Helgen.
I have always loved this idea, especially considering the dragonborn in the lore has no cool down on his shouts, it would be the entire thalmor army try to stop this one guy and it would be a site to behold!!

Thalmor Messenger: "A second army, nearly the same size as the one approaching, is sailing here from Hammerfell. Either as further reinforcements or as a second wave in case this initial invasion of Alinor fails."
Thalmor General: "What of our forces at the ready?"
Thalmor Messenger: "Thirty two thousand regulars, five thousand wizards and whoever we can scrounge as reservists of our own."
Thalmor General: "And I take it those war trumpets that we are hearing are signalling the imminent siege?"
Thalmor Messagner: "Yes, Lord. And I should inform you that much of my family has died during one of the purges, recently. I have left the defence gates into this fortress unlocked and marked as accessible. Oblivion take you."
Thalmor General: *Blinks and stares as he watches the messenger walk away, as the sound of the Thu'um begins to echo outside amidst the chaos...*
I would love to see where this goes, well done on the animation, and would love to see how you might improve it for future content.
Actually if you think about it Dovakin achieved in his live more than Talos, and easily could become new emperor, and many years later even new god. He have more rights to the throne then current emperor because of his dragon blood after all.
Ok you took my theory of Skyrim to a whole new level very well done I bet you can make a movie of this very well done
I like how he brought the stormcloaks and imperials together
Everytime i played Skyrim I was always wanted a end like this, this should be the real end of the civil war
Rad video! I like to imagine this march culminated in them marching into the Summerset isles on a tide of Thalmor corpses, all Pelinal whitestrake style.
Funny thing is, both factions hate the Thalmor, and their mutual animosity is born from the way they tackle the subject (in a nutshell).
The Stormcloaks want to go to war against the Thalmor right now because they believe the elves are buying time for a second attempt at wiping humans while weakening the Empire with high taxes and the prohibition of the Talos worshipping.
The Empire wants to buy time themselves because they're currently too weakened to fight against the Thalmor at the moment and believe that staying united under one banner is the way to be stronger agaisnt the enemy in a future war.
And while both sides make compelling arguments to justify their actions, the game is set after the assasination of the High King, making it already impossible for a peaceful debate on how to handle the Thalmor threat.
And that's why I really like the premise of the war; you know that neither side is plain wrong or right, but you cannot unite them again since the state of things is already too far gone and they're irreconcilable, so the only way to end the conflict and focusing on what's really important is to side with one of them and finish the war by means of conquest.
I personally like to side with Ulfric because at least that doesn't mean wiping the Empire, unlike it would happen with the Stormcloaks if you side with Tullius. Besides, I always felt that the Dragonborn meeting with him in the scaffold, both escaping Helgen with their lives and both being heroic figures with the ability to shout gave their relationship something closer to a camaraderie than with Tullius.
The Thalmor learning that the Dragonborn is dead: *"Where's your precious hero now, Skyrim?"*
This needs to be a series on this channel AND a DLC or atleast a mod in skyrim.
Genuinely like that armor design. It has a daedric helmet shape and looks more like a something a true dragonborn demigod would wear.
