Had mine since September 2018, but i still find my self watching reviews on them. Amazing cars. I'd highly recommend MPE on them. After they bed in they sound awesome. Mapped mine with MHD. Proper little rockets. The face on other drivers in bigger more flash motors when you leave them behind is priceless.

Before I bought the M140 X-drive, I was concerned about the fuel consumption to drive to work every day, but I was surprised. I drive in Switzerland 15min on mainstreet and 30min on Highway with an average Speed of 65 MPH without traffic jam. My fuel consumption is between 43 MPG and 40 MPG. That's fantastic for 6 Cylinder engine.

That hot/cold slider thing is to decide whether you want warm cold air or cold cold air. Or even cold warm air or warm warm air!! Had it on my old BMW. Probably the most annoying and pointless feature imo. Awesome motor btw, Tim!!👏

@@TimWilliamsHD I thought my air con was needing a re-gas one summer, then realised that it was coz the air con was set to warm cold and not cold cold! 🤦🏻♂️
Go for the motech stance 25mm drop at the front 20mm drop at the rear with 12mm spacers on the front with 15mm spacers at the rear then add the rear underbody brace and ultra racing front strut and a full cat back system like remus, this will totally transform the car.
Excited to see what you do with yours mate. Get the red metal start stop surround from motech or amazon - very cheap little touch. I’m 100% getting the rear underbody brace on mine soon

Sport plus does not turn traction off mate, it just enables dynamic traction control mode, this will allow a little bit of slip at the rear but it will still cut power if too much slip occurs. If you press and hold the traction button for a few seconds it will fully deactivate the traction, then the rear slippy fun starts haha. I also recommend unicorn motor developments in stockport for your remap, my car uses the same engine as the m140i and they got it to 433hp and 470lbft on a standard stage 1 with no hardware

Ehh so why have they allowed u to control the temperature then i mean u could set the temp to 25 degrees and put that switch to red which makes it twice as hot it makes no sense
Cheers mate, yes got loads planned...240i would have been the purchase had I not I needed five doors because I believe the 240i comes with a slightly stiffer chassis which would obviously give me better handling as stock... Actually they are auxiliary cooling radiators for engine coolant. The later cars have the left side grill opened up from factory. Nice edit on the video, hope to see you on a trackday soon, it’s the only way to fully explore these cars. Brake pads, rear under chassis brace and an LSD really are a bit of a must
