@gvnei Couldn't have stated it any better.. There is times where there isn't proper words in the English language to describe things, events, situations, etc.. This is indeed one of them.. Although, for times that there isn't the words, talented musicians can fill the void, through music.. These guys are excellent at doing just that.. I well tuned machine but unfortunately, part of the machine isn't here anymore.. Rest in peace my friend, rest in peace..
Still one of my most-watched videos by Maserati - I can bring people in and start the video at 5:00, and they are blown away... great video of a cool song by an insightful band backed by an artiste drummer. Thank you!
Wow, these guys, this track, and this video are amazing - it got me into a "Masearti" phase for a month! If you ever want to have your physical vibration rocked out, watch, listen, and admire!
Jerry deserved a hero's remembrance in the media, he was that good. but because he chose art and music over fame, he was just a footnote for them. but we all know different...
I still come back to this so much. I emailed the band years ago, to ask what snare they used on the album version, Jerry Fuchs replied, I didn't even say thanks back for the info. What an ass.
The only DVD they're on that I know of is a split CD between them and the Mercury program. It is called The Confines of Heat. You can find it on Amazon, though it's not live. It's a couple music videos.
Athens has such a strange music scene full of stoner rock, post-rock and electronic music, what the heck, but this is actually pretty good, it's quite peaceful and relaxing.
@ Theseventhknight. What I meant about colorless is that you don't have to be white to enjoy this.A lot of time people try to categorize good music according to who made it.I agree with you 100% ...this is an awesome track. :)
I can't believe I just saw this band live in Knoxville, witnessed the band's incredible talent, and then not even a month later, Jerry dies in an elevator accident. I just don't understand.
@esca8652 - Athens has it all when it comes to music, so not sure what you mean by this post. What other small town in our country has produced so many talented musicians? Also, what is "stoner rock"?
@PumaDown well i'm still kind of confused. I can't think of any genre that you have to be a specific race to enjoy. And I categorize music according to who made it... Maserati made this song.
A great band. Wasn't all Jerry you know. I sent an email asking what the snare drum was in a recording and he answered personally. I didn't even say thanks and feel like a piece of shit to this day, then he was gone.
@batoo21--I stumbled on2 this looking for a band that used 2 b named "Masarati" this 4 me was a whole lot of nothin till where u said it started! If it wasn't 4 the drummer givin a great beat it still wudda been a whole lotta nothin 4 me-then again this isn't my thing :)
sounds like they are influenced heavily by Ozric Tentacles from the UK, who have been doing this style since the 80s. if you like this you probably will like them too. maserati sounds a little more indie and britpoppy, whereas ozric tentacles get more spacey/psych and even prog/metal or techno/funk at times. its all good
Jerry was/is an influence of mine... I still come back to this video to see the greatness of his drumming. RIP
Jerry lives in our ears, he is our god big brother protecting us from whatever, we live with his sounds forever.
A fine track from a superb album. And the late, great Jerry Fuchs giving the music the thrust that only he could give - what a loss!
I have seen this video thousand times. that drumming is so sick. tight and groovy
thats a fucking amazing kit
Jerry Fuchs #Level god in drums !!
love this band
I've been in disbelief all day. I'm going to miss the machine.
yes indeed
This gives me chills every time i watch & listen to it... It so awesome !
mind blowing groove there.
nice drum beat... cool guitar .........woooooooooooo!
I was at this show in Athens, I didn't see it coming. I heard this band and was addicted. I'm just here getting my fix. ahhhhhh, feels so good.
I was also at this show. I saw Maserati as often as possible when I lived in Athens.
oooo very nice
WE LOVE YOU JERRY!
Rest In Peace! You always be rememberd!

I’m pretty new fan. Just discovered you a couple weeks ago. Greetings from
Chile 🇨🇱
we will miss you Jerry. Your music will live on. You were a true inspiration. R.I.P
my goodness that combination at 7:33 was so precise and perfect
Simply amazing! 5 minutes of build, and at 6 minutes, this song leaves the fucking planet.
fuck, Jerry was so good. more than a year later and I still feel that tightness in my chest because it's such bullshit that he's gone.
Still one of my most-watched videos by Maserati - I can bring people in and start the video at 5:00, and they are blown away... great video of a cool song by an insightful band backed by an artiste drummer. Thank you!
Goddamn that guy was an amazing drummer...

wow, found this by chance.. incredible sound!!!!
Best intro ever! So much buildup and BAM! The song just explodes. Like the Knight Rider theme song on steroids.
I still come back to this so much. I emailed the band years ago, to ask what snare they used on the album version, Jerry Fuchs replied, I didn't even say thanks back for the info. What an ass.
Its was a Ludwig Black beauty that he borrowed BTW.
Incredible quality~~ my favorite maserati album~
It's 2014 and I love this band.
they definitely should it would be extremely epic!!
WE LOVE YOU JERRY !! rip.
R.I.P Fuchs!!! :(

god this drumming is truly amazing. so groovy, so tight
Man,this sound good as hell!! Just another example that good music is colorless!!!
I'm going to the one in San Francisco on the 12th.
I'm pretty stoked.
124k views. Magical performance
im goin to see them in like a month in atlanta
i cant wait
amazing
awesome!
Jerry was a Boss! R.I.P. buddy 🤘
Athens has such a strange music scene full of stoner rock, post-rock and electronic music, what the heck, but this is actually pretty good, it's quite peaceful and relaxing.
Jerry Fuchs IS in the same league as John Bonham and John Bonham was in a league of his own until Jerry!
They're still an active band, and actually just put out a brand new record a couple weeks ago.
reminds me of manzanera solo or w/ 801 or maybe the Edge if he had his own band, taken to the next level. these guys smoke.
Nice, I'm going to be there too.
spettacolare!
I get chills at 6:00
That's a very good question! I'd buy one! :D
If you CAN'T tap your foot at any point in this song, then i'm sorry you lost both your feet in that accident.
actually, they have a new drummer. he's not jerry, but he's still damn good and they are keeping his spirit alive by keeping this band alive.
Tout Maserati semble être une ode à Ashra Tempel et en effet à Inventions for Electric Guitar !
4:58-5:29...beautiful!!!
@dslemons me too, just found out today..... God Bless Jerry....
porque no hacen un dvd oficial, son muy buenos me encanta su musica.
why they don´t release an oficial dvd???
they should release a dvd.
My music is inspired in this guys.
@PumaDown colorless? what do you mean by that? this music is richly colorful. and awesome.
7:30 - 7:38 the funkiest metronome ever... we'll miss you buddy!

INSPIRATION BY MANUEL GOTTSCHING'S INVENTIONS FOR ELECTRIC GUITAR /ASH RA TEMPLE
Somebody's been listening to 'Inventions For Electric Guitar' by Manuel (Ash Ra Tempel) Gottsching.
Bit of trainspotting there...:)
@esca8652 - Athens has it all when it comes to music, so not sure what you mean by this post. What other small town in our country has produced so many talented musicians? Also, what is "stoner rock"?
Sadly Jerry Fuchs (the drummer) fell down an elevator shaft and dies a year or two ago so I dot think there will be any more new Masarati tunes.
Just heard the news about Jerry. I'm in shock. What a shame.
fucking intense whooaa!!!!!
me too =D
@PumaDown well i'm still kind of confused. I can't think of any genre that you have to be a specific race to enjoy. And I categorize music according to who made it... Maserati made this song.
Where can I get this music on mp3 fromat?
Fuck...why not died any terrorist?! Or bad guys who executing animals...Fuckin great drummer! RIP Jerry
I see u all from above after hearing this song :O
Jerry Fuchs
Is that pearl crystal beat?
A great band. Wasn't all Jerry you know. I sent an email asking what the snare drum was in a recording and he answered personally. I didn't even say thanks and feel like a piece of shit to this day, then he was gone.
@beowulven ~ I found this by accident and WOW ! Thats all I can say...
05:28 music start button

Grandiosi!!!! Tra Pink Floyd e Ozric Tentacles!!!!!

Damn shame. He left way too soon.
Wouldn't it be nice if people shut up and listened to the band?
this is not music for noisey crowd.
