Where is the information that used to be in lower left corner showing the values of what you just did? Example: Extrude Z 2 meters. Then you can go there (being the last thing you did) and change the value? Or another example: Mesh Cylinder and then set how many edges or caps?

PS: I think you can use Shortcut VUr addon for showing keyboard and mouse movements while screen recording. It's really nice free addon you should try: github.com/jayanam/shortcut_VUr
