    Absolutely. I go over what happened, I try to prepare for what could happen. Go over conversations and practice conversations. If I have to go somewhere new I have to Google map the route and look at the menu before hand. If there is a unexpected detour it throws me off completely that i could have a meltdown or justr really high anxiety. I also get super anxious before any kind of appointment because of the "unknowns". It's exhausting.

      Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. I will often street view the whole route if possible just so I have an idea of what to look out for!! I will absolutely not drive on a motorway unless it’s an emergency. I don’t think I’m a bad driver, it just makes me way too nervous. You’re right. It is all very exhausting.

    I get lossed in parking lot and without GPS can't get nowhere downtown scary too.

      My husband is like that too! His sense of direction is very bad. Thank goodness we live in a an age where we have the technology to help us. Thanks for watching and commenting.
