My friends and i would rent this movie all the time back in the day. We all rode, so any movie with a dirt bike on the cover we'd rent. This was our favorite. On any Sunday and The Dirt Bike Kid just didn't compare.
Same here, went into the Nitro circus and Crusty demons of dirt etc. had them all. Some on VHS and some DVDs !! I still have most of them. Can't wait till January 11th baby for the start of the supercross season!!
1987 was the pinnacle for everything off road...2 stroke...500cc dirtbikes, quads, and even 3wheelers. So many classic high quality ORVs with that 80's aesthetic look and feel....we didn't go out to play, we went out to die!

I am 44 now but the 1st time I saw this moive I was about 12 years old on HBO and after that i was hooked . .. and now when looking it up I thought it was Supercross but that named pulled it up any way ... thank God I was born in the late 70s to grow up in the 80 s and 90s to be able to watch all the good movies ... a a other good move is rad ...

2024 was rough 😢 RIP Larry Huffman and Scott Burnsworth. As a true 80s baby I've been watching this movie since I was 4 years old. It will always be in my all time top 10 favorite movies. When the video store that had this and RAD closed we bought them so we had it at my moms and dads. Just noticed my profile pic 😂😂😂

Had no idea this existed. 80s cheese turned up to 11 with AWESOME 80s riding sequences!! Fun to watch this and see all the old bikes and riders! What’s up with the role Broc Glover played?!?!😂
The fact this is not remastered or available for Digital download is a crime! Love this movie! My life has been this movie from the laughs to the broken neck and the comeback! All of it. The Champagne, glory and gold ⚔️💪🏼👊🏼🏆

Man last time i saw this movie i was only 5 to 7 years old man now im 24 ugh time moves so fast. What always made me curious is how rick crashed did his bike malfunction? Were his breaks not working? Or did his throttle malfunction making him go to fast where he couldnt break and lost control
Before the race his throttle was sticking & he was working it when Judy walked up and suggested that it might be kinked or frayed, but Rick didn’t have a spare. It was recommended that he stay out of the race

We were the same. Rented it regularly. Memorized the lines and rode our xr200 and yz80s and thought we were a big deal.

Lol! I had a new 1983 ATC250R then a new 1986 TRX250R and began racing NASCAR in 87 so I lived this era to the fullest.
