Glad you showed the mining camp and mentioned respecting it. The first few times I drove Box Canyon I went right by it and didn't know it was there. I happened to stop next to it once and was like, "WHAT!" Martinez Cabin is also a great trail, although parking for a caravan would be tight, and the cabin is about a mile of hiking on foot. It's worth it though because it's in a totally hidden desert jungle/oasis.
Just outside Phoenix not quite. I remember when you could stay in that stage stop. Had a fireplace and everything. Only thing that was missing was the doors.
@@Trailsoffroad th-cam.com/video/OnCVc2XDlRo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yTEa1q5Fen9kjhPm We went, was a blast. Definitely would rather go with a group who know what they're doing

Depends on what size configuration you have. Take a look at the trail guide in the description for all the information. We include height/width restrictions on all of our trail guides!
@@dtadventure4x4 I think they mean in the ratings concern section. If full sized was a problem or width problem, it is usually checked there. Your truck would be fine in the canyon. You can't squeeze two vehicles by each other at times, but it's not so tight you would be concerned about fitting a single vehicle through it. Look at waypoint 8 photos.
To best answer your question, in the video description we have a link to our trail guide. There we have a ton of details that would let you assess whether or not you would feel comfortable driving your truck on the trail. If you are still not sure after reading all of it. I like the red, white and blue line up through part of the canyon.
Thanks for watching! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Another great video and I love that you always preach the Stay The Trail and Tread Lightly credos!
Thanks for the feedback! Always have to do our part and remind the community to enjoy our public lands responsibly.

It's an awesome area to explore with a ton of really good trail options. Enjoy!
Another great video! Driven this canyon a few times during different times of year. Great trail to check out!
Thanks for watching! It is truly a unique place to explore.
Another great trail, living on Vancouver Island I'm always envious of the off roading that you have in the US!
It is an awesome place to explore. Come on down!
@@Trailsoffroad I'd definitely like to get down that way! Would have to trailer the Gipsy. At 40 mph it would take me a week to drive there! 😂

Well, let us know what you think after you run it?
Thank you for sharing. Looks really cool. Would a Ford Super Duty fit through the narrower sections?
Depends on what's done to it but a stock one should have no problem.

@@Trailsoffroad Thanks. I have the All Access membership. Did not see height/width info. Only see stock SUV with 4wd and high clearance.
