I´m loving your channel right now. What about a video on phytonutrients/Antioxidants like polyphenols, flavanols, flavavonols, phenolic acids, etc

Thanks for the suggestion! We touch on phytonutrients in various videos, but none where we dive deep into the topic to discuss the most well-know ones! Nice!

4:00 Consider that only about 12 percent of US adults qualify as healthy enough to be considered for the - 'healthy adults' - group. Thank you for the presentation.

What about polyphenol? Do they stay in the smoothy? Only the cell structure is lost?

I found a study about different food processing methods and their effects on the bioavailability of polyphenols. "It is called Dietary Plant Polyphenols: Effects of Food Processing on Their Content and Bioavailability", if you want to check it out in detail.
From what I conclude from the above mentioned study, is that the polyphenols remain in the smoothie, and the bioavailability may even be enhanced - depending on the degree of grinding. Blending was not explicitly mentioned in this particular study, so I cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information.

Eating fruit instead of processed foods is great, but you make fruit sound healthy which it isn't. If you're trying to lose weight, you'd better aim for ZERO fructose. Look it up, it's a nasty sugar.

Fructose in fruit is very different from isolated fructose found in processed foods. Whole fruits are great for weight management because of their low calorie density. We have a video on this specific topic: th-cam.com/video/zMxoZYFIwrc/w-d-xo.html
