I'm 11 months carnivore.. today, I had to reach up and pull something down from the ceiling.. I ended up pulling myself up instead.. I was too light to pull it down 😂😂😂
I have a question . If anyone knows the answer I would appreciate it. I have the test strips that tell you if you are in ketosis. I am OMAD . Why does it show that I am deeper into ketosis 2 hours after I eat as opposed to when I am fasting? I test several times a day and it is always better 2 hours after I eat.
It's worth mentioning that strips are unreliable long term, as the body gets more efficient with ketones produced to avoid waste. Blood tests are necessary for accuracy. Exactly why you have higher ketones after eating is hard to say, but anecdotally, people doing fat fasting report something similar: Eating fat during fasting elevates ketone levels.
For those who think a 'cheat' day is not going to hurt you.... Synonyms..... backslide lapse lapsing regression relapsing reversion reverting It's not a simple cracker, or beer, or vegetable.
