What you have said is true...lives in govt jobs are becoming difficult day by day... constantly moving from one place to another does not add any value to one's life. Moreover, you feel alienated without any social network...Your advice to choose karamabhoomi is correct and to the point.

So true, my father was in transferable service and we faced this trouble a lot. My dad ended up leaving his job because of frequent transfer policies and he still regrets that he should have done this earlier so that we could have a settled life. I know how this feels when I had to repeatedly prove myself in every school.

Excellent. Truth. It needs 15-20 years of experience to really get his world. But it's really really important for great life experience. I appriciate it. On this bases you include values like persistence, consistency, condition of workability in every aspect of your life that gives power and prosperity. The compounding effect (By Dyren Hardy) works for you and you become healthy, wealthy and wise based on your Karam Bhumi. Really good work. I strongly appriciate and recommend. Jindgi na milea gi dobara. Life is not dress rehearsal and there is no retake of life.

Shift to NCR when possible, get a job there. That will make things easier, overnight trip to home. Also keep regularly in touch with your land caretakers(family, sajhihaar etc) and visit atleast once every two-three months.
I have the same concerns for my village in remote U.P. but active connection is the best way moving forward. Also under that people can capture(kabza) your land so make sure someone's takes care of it at all times, you know better.

      You can always do this:
      1. Wait for better opportunities.
      2. Take the new job and switch soon.
      3. If you get good growth and say earn 50LPA then it's an exception and do the following.
3a) Ask for WFH facility and move back.
3b) Get a home in new city if it's actually good not just a place where you're getting most money, and make parents come along.
      4. Go full liberal and dgaf about all this and live as your mood suggests afterall you don't want regrets later on.

Quick question - you are an astrologer, do you believe that horoscope can control if one has to shift his current location due to movements of grahas and nakshatras ? If yes, how can we avoid shifting to other cities though we don't want to

Agree, mere ek mosaji ki transeferable govt job thi, sari jindagi ghumaya, kabhi south, kabhi east, kabhi west, kabhi UP.
Jaha jaye wahi kuch na kuch property khareedle.
Bachcho ko ghanta nahi pata kyonki unki social life nahi, piche se padhai ka danda baap daal kar rakhta tha.
To wo akhir me jaipur aakar shareer chod gaya aur sari jameen swaha. Kayo banks me account aur kisi me 1 lakh kisi me 5 lakh, sare swaha.
Bachche bole ki yaar itna paise tha ki ham beth kar kha lete yaha apna bachpan, jawani aur middle ages jala kar kisi ki nokri na karte
Na beti shadi kar rahi, na hi bada bhai, bech wala bhai ne shadi kari lekin uski biwi uska khoon pi rahi hai aur ek ek kar ke jameeno ki pehchan kar apne naam karati ja rahi hai baap ke sath mil apne
