Is the rpm at the roller or car tires? How does this compare to other dyno's. Some tires are smaller and bigger, I would think that would affect the rpm readings.

Nice little rig, magnetic mini tie down straps might be good. I have a question.. in my car stash I have a couple of AFX Magna-Traction chassis that a resistor? Soldered to the Whatever is the plates that the pick-up shoes are on contact with. One with to each side. Does anyone know what this Mod is?

Have one & not impressed for the money. Doesn't care for magnet cars. Try taking traction magnets out. Oh yeah. Battery was dead when I got it. So I know what's inside.
Since you are so smart, what voltage would you test at ? Any more voltage would make the car uncontrollable on the dyno.... I viewed your channel and am not impressed, anybody can copy and paste !
@@daveshoraceway READ your transformer output label! 14.6 to 18 volts not to mention how many mille amps.if your car bounces off roller your tires aren't "trued"or you have an axle loose or untrue rims.

The tool is reading the rpm of the roller caused by the tires.
I have not tested other tools.

Check your track transformer, NINE VOLTS ? WRONG! Not a valid test!! What a waist of time!!!!!!
