You missed the especial ending for Alicization (season 3) cap 19 and 24, but this make part for the cap in self and make so much spoilers for the series.. i recomend only the music becouse is so good.. 【ReoNa - Niji no Kanata ni】(sorry my bad english, its no my native lenguage)
The opening parts that you like the most are opening 1 and 6, which are sing by LiSA. The same goes for ending 5, where you previously mentioned she nailed the high note, and ending 8, which she also sing by her. LiSA has also contributed to several openings like Demon Slayer, Fate series, etc. She even did an ending for My Hero Academia
Watch the first episode or season 1, then watch the movies. Then continue the SAO. But even if you find it meh, definitely power through it till season 3 (end of season 2 is a different kind of peak as well), stuff gets much better there (u can see the writer's growth there, don't forget this guy wrote this story at 2001 for a competition. He was just a gamer then.)
