@@PostureTonic I’m doing your back strengthening exercises everyday though probably not holding/swimming for the whole 60secs!😄then repeating that lovely book opener twist into one leg straight one leg still bent & pushing up on arms ‘twist’, well I twist anyway as it feels good! Also getting a back bend too👍Think that lovely move was in your 21 mins stretch routine which I’ve done a few times now-😍it
35:16 thank you Jacinta. At last mat unpacked ☑️. It's my birthday today (a very significant ...0 birthday) so I really wanted to be able to do a workout to start my day off in the right way 😊. This was a great day 1 for the on the move series. I definitely felt the glutes fire up in this class. Still need to work on my balances however. Looking forward to day 2 👍🏼.
