About the food blending and losing nutrients: All nutrients are basically macromolecules. Breaking macromolecules apart changes the structure of the macromolecules which thereby changes how they interact with our body. You can break macromolecules apart with many different ways such as heat, acids/bases, and just by blending them and cutting them apart. This is also why some people will add cold water to their coffee, before adding hot water. The cold water will dissolve their coffee without the heat killing the flavour as it dissolves.

The blood tests in the first few chapters are so standard upon request with a GP in major cities in Australia. Getting bloodwork is so advisable but uncommon. Usually free-ish.
For those who are curious about the vitamin stuff, it needs to be said that there's a limit to how much your body can absorb and utilize at a time... So taking an overabundance of one thing will not make you have "more vitamins" being absorbed in your system as the next person who's taking the recommended amount, this is how having an excess can cause vitamin toxicity.
One of the reason I waited for Mudan to be on is for at least one Baltic country to be mentioned. Combined mentions of Estonia lasted for about a minute, but still great success.
Vitamin D deficiency is a huge issue in the Nordics. It's really important to combat during the winter, and there are studies showing that depression is related to it. 20+ pills are too much, you'll mess your self. Ask your doctors before taking them in bulk, even the over the counter shit.

I think it is important to repeat: Taking any kind of supplement is basically unnecessary if you have a "normal" diet. If you think you have any kind of deficiency, go to a medical professional and try not to self-diagnose. If they tell you you should/can take some supplements, go for it. If not, do not waste your money and, in the worst cases, potentially risk your health.
