kinda had an artistic feel to it not gonna lie - the suit the staircase walking - somehow for me it felt like astrong picture even thought it was only fun and jollies
This man drinks alcohol like water and still works a hard honest 9-5, runs spartan races, does youtube on the side and is just a functional human. How does he do that?
multivitamin. You think I'm joking but I remember in the trashtaste episode where he was in that he said he was taking a lot of different pills supplement for the vitamin he was most likely missing every day (I forgot the exact amopunt but it was a lot of them)
Just walking up like that, closely followed by Connor easily nailing anything involving swinging, were definitely my favourite moments. The toughest there that day was probably the shirt though.
The thought of random Japanese people taking pictures of encountering Salary Man Mudan in the wild is hilarious. On the rocking giraffe, at the spartan race, can't wait to see where else he'll be captured lmao
I was also running this race and saw you guys up ahead (also passed by Chris who looked like he was about to keel over). My friend who was with me just said "why is there a guy running in a suit". Fair play though. Not as bad as the guy in the yoshi onesie though.
"ganbare" vs "ganbatte" is that "ganbare" is imperative form, so it's a command, where as "ganbatte" can be used that way but is way milder, so it's more "do your best " compared to "TRY HARD(ER)!"
Chris has what gym people call fat guy calves. Calves are notoriously hard to built and ex-fat guys who slim down usually have calves that pop, from years of carrying their weight.
its pretty much genetics - you dont get big calve s without haveing the genetics for it - like for me i build leg muscaels insanly quickadn also have quite a fast definitionoon them as well - whilst my torso builds muscle alright but in a way way more normal matter - and though i also might carry a some beer fat - its by far not as promienent
I was curious if he may have flat feet like I do and running without the correct shoes and insoles caused my calves to overcompensate and become pretty defined. But if there’s a term called fat guy calves, it must be a phenomenon lol
Naw. It's due to the calf muscle structure which is genetic. Some people's are long and slender, others' are short and bulky-looking with a spectrum in between.
That's why we call Chris "Mister Calfable". And what would exercise be without Connor complaining every step of the way? Sheeeeeesh~! Hope you had a nice, challenging time~! Thanks, fella~! What sorts of wacky things will Mudan get up to tomorrow?
Dude, you looked so cool doing that event 😎, especially when you walked up the last hurdle. Everyone looked knackered and sweaty 🥵, but you didn't break into a sweat 😅😂
In the end, Mudan didnt believe Nic and practice that leg technique for climbing the rope. And we also got Jaanipäevs preview with that last jump over the tiny bonfire.
If you guys want better challange then at the end of july theres Runmageddon in Poland. Hardcore category is 21km run with 70 obstacles, ultra category is 42km and 140+ obstacles.
The text on the medal is "mora ton agis", I did some research and it seems to be pretty much gibberish lmao. "mora" is a spartan military unit, "ton" is genitive plural (indicates possession), and "agis" could be either a common king's name or a place's name. It seems other spartan races have "mora ton" and other names instead agis. If you use Google Translate with Modern Greek the translation comes out as "babies of the earth". I also tried latin because there are similar words there, and it kind of made sense: "You are doing a ton of work" lol
Alright, hot tip if you are actually gonna do the 21k in Niigata: Enter the competitive heat instead of the open. A couple differences you get that way, first its a fresh course, so you get clean obstacles compared to what everyone else gets later. Second, less congestion. Stuff like the wire crawl is significantly better without 500 people ahead of you (same for the spear throw). Third, the penalty is a penalty loop instead of burpees, which is honestly easier IMO. Finally, you get to start earlier, and when it comes to running up a mountain every minute you can start earlier is gonna help getting finished in time. Anyway Ima try to train up for that as well, and hopefully see you there if you go for it.

How does he do that?
He is a way too functional human, who consumes insane amount of supplements, he optimized his life
multivitamin.

You know what, watching this series has become such a routine that I'm gonna be really sad when it eventually ends
That shot of him just walking up the final obstacle like it ain’t no thing is sick
I'm amazed at how clean that suit was at the end.
Poor Mudan got lost on his way to work and was too awkward to say anything so just decided to join
Bro is out here like Leorio in the Hunter exam
When I saw you in Giri’s stream yesterday with the full Salaryman suit I was dying laughing, much respect Mudan, all of you guys did great!
that quick interaction you had in Japanese, both the exchange itself and the fact that you did it, melted my heart

So thats the reason for the outfit... Mudan has been training for this the WHOLE TIME??!!! i bet that briefcase had weights
Jesus the suit. Inspirational.

Chris has what gym people call fat guy calves. Calves are notoriously hard to built and ex-fat guys who slim down usually have calves that pop, from years of carrying their weight.
