You are yearning for the old Texas price...before the big migration from California. I do not know how the avg middle income in Texas will be able to afford these new prices. Also families are not buying large sqft anymore. They are buying only sqft needed. Five years ago...this house would have been good quality...but that's it. Other than tall ceilings...it's lacking. They are speaking to that Cali market...who dreamt but never thought could have land.

Boy oh boy they sure build BIGGG houses in Texas, two house cleaners just to maintain the cleanliness, its beautiful. Dont like loud neighbors parties.
Nice house, but those toilets in the master bath all tucked away in that tight space would drive me nuts. 🤪 I am claustrophobic and I can't imagine trying to take a dump in such an enclosed space. No way!
Not a fan of the whole kitchen/family room combo idea-I would need more definition between the two spaces-it always seems to me like a giant kitchen with couches and a t.v. that seem out of place. It is not a lot of living space either. For me all the huge windows would make my home seem less private , safe and secure. I see a lot of modern homes with these giant windows everywhere-I guess it’s fine as long as all that property goes with the house -otherwise you are soon just seeing all of your neighbors mow their grass and wash their cars. This one is a bit too modern for my taste.

Nice, but way too many windows for me. Hard to maintain privacy with oversized windows that are difficult to find coverings for. I’m not a fan of the closets. As a woman, the compacted closest set-ups do not allow for hanging longer garments (dresses/jumpsuits). The bathrooms…what’s the purpose of having a large waist level window in an isolated toilet room? Is it a crime for builders to no longer add a seated vanity area on (her) side of bathroom? What about the showers- Why not have built in seats in the showers as well?- especially with grandparents living or visiting.
The house is beautiful the acreage the backyard is beautiful. However they're a little bit too many spy glass windows on the back, I will prefer windows that don't go all the way to the ground for someone to just be able to step in. And the clauses I don't think were designed by a woman that cuz if they were they would be deeper they will be longer so that blouses could hang pants could hang purses could sit shoes to actually sit, and that you could get more than two shirts in a cubby. Also the pantry was not built by a woman or someone that cooks because all you can get in those Pantry shelves are cans and maybe small jars what about boxes of cereal, bags of chips, boxes of cereal bars, sodas,....... other than that everything looks kind of okay you know it's alright it's very pretty it is pretty this is small things you know I would change the glass door in the master bathroom also too many different ways to get in easily I don't need a glass door in my bathroom I put a solid wood door up I don't need to be able to see out too many too many Winters ago from stealing the floor I do love the transom windows. Maybe one of the houses that you and your wife designs can be one that's made for people who are not only contemporary and modern but country and also not windows that come down to the floor but maybe one is that stop at your hip so that you can feel safer okay thanks😅

For that price, where’s the media and pool table room with bar. Also in some of those bathrooms the tile is really ugly and you would get bored with those prints, rather see marble tile or quarts, The home is not beautiful as the bedrooms are also too small with no office at all!

The flooring in the garage is expoxy flooring. They use resin and paints to achieve the look. This is a beautiful home.
