It's funny how that Tactical Try Loaner Deck got me interested in thinking of ways to optimize that one.
What makes Live Twin so potent compared to the other Spright builds is the reliable pool of extra starters you can run. Despite their importance, Blue and Jet are just extenders, so they can't always save you in a topdeck situation.
Meowmine gives reason to run Link 1s you can just make out of a Normal Summoned hand trap, though it's also a good dump for Sprind if you already have a good board(you can also dump the Treat/Frost for their GY effects, minor as those are). Remember that Starter and Gigantic 2 lock you so those can't be used after activating either of those cards' effects.
I love when you rant. You have so much enthusiasm and i gotta admit your logic is sound. People are so biased and ignorant to their bias. It's a sad reality of the community. I love your channel. Keep it up. You're doing a great job imo
I get the frustration with Exodia FTK, but it's weird you complain about this and not all the other better FTK or turn skips in the game already (Auroradon Amorphage turn skip, Morhptronic and Catapult Turtle FTK are some that come to mind, all of the ones enabled by SHS and Snake-Eye etc.).
I would personally rather get Exodia FTKd than face any Auroradon or Tomahawk shenanigans. If I'm not gonna be playing Yu-Gi-Oh, I might as well do it in style

Well yeah I see what you mean but 1, they never condoned other FTKs but also, SHS and Snake eye weren’t the enablers for the FTK.
It was the unbalanced cards like Auroradon, Tomahawk, Bombardment, Galaxy Photon Drag, and Catapult Turtle which are abused to then FTK. These cards end up getting banned 90% of the time and should be banned themselves not key components of the archetype. Exodia is different though in that all you need to do is search not even do damage making it even more of a problem in modern yugioh

The only effective FTKs are ACTUAL FTKs. Hand Traps are basically the "just draw the out" for FTK shenanigans, except you HAVE to see one in your first 5 or are GUARANTEED TO LOSE, while a board breaker can come up as your 6th card and soften up a board enough to actually PLAY THE GAME(even if your chances of winning from there might be low).
The only scary FTKs from a competitive standpoint though are the one attatched to decks that can actually DO THINGS going second. Pendulum Magician, Frog Spam, and now Gimmick Puppet are the only 3 things that seem reliable enough for doing something like that with(Deep Draw Striker FTK is just usually a less optimal build of Deep Draw Striker outside of no banlist events so I don't tend to count that one).
For anyone wondering if the newer Sky Striker cards contribute to the FTK builds, kind of.
-H.A.M.P. is a searchable Allure of Darkness AND Trade-In target
-Ciela allows an additional way to set up Slash Draw outside of Shien's Spy, and can be popped with Azalea/Afterburners to get back a banished Engage in a pinch(which is easily done by banishing the card as its cost to be summoned over there)
-Cyanos/Camellia make it easier to set up a Linkage Atk bonus to make your fat Kagaris even fatter if you need something to sit on for a turn or 2 after blowing the FTK attempt(remember to add the Eagle Booster in End Phase if you somehow didn't Deep Draw into it or to set it with Multirole if you already used it). It might actually be safer to sit on a Shizuku during the opponent's turn if you suspect they have Kurikara though.
-Cyanos also gives a way to bring back a banished Roze, making it easier to use a Bystial Engine to set up Branded Regained for an extra Draw. Just remember you won't be able to go into Chaos Angel under the Machine Lock(but Etude of the Branded can set up a way to make one in the opponent's turn as disruption, which matters more outside of FTK shenanigans).
Exodia is probably the worst of the 3 Deep Draw FTKs you can do with those cards, Slash Draw is probably the most practical and a card you can run in standard builds for shuffling back stuff in GY to reuse. I think Master Duel actually has Magical Explosion banned so you'd need to pair Blasting the Ruins with some other burn/LP manip cards and it's not a "true" FTK if you need multiple traps thanks to Makyura's errata that now only activates 1 from hand(you can send it off Multirole after Normal Summoning it to trigger its effect).

gurl you could not be MORE CORRECT about banning Exodia's head, like fr people will bitch and moan and moan and bitch 'til the cows come home about every FTK and OTK under the sun, but don't you dare suggest hitting the original, longest lived, and most annoying FTK or they'll bite your freaking head off. just completely ridiculous

Zealantis outs it completely. When it gets special summoned back, it's no longer link summoned with I:P so it's no longer immune from destruction or targeting nor can it even send anything when sent to the grave.

Why would you ever run Avramax in a spright twin deck list? Like, sure you can, if you want. But it's not optimal, especially since towers are dogshit against anyone higher than Gold.
Why almiraj? Is the only card which I can't see any real purpose.
I explain in the video, it's so when you open hand trap + Meowmine and nothing else you still have full Spright combo
