I come from Germany and I went on this boat during its contruction phase when about 300 people were constructing and building this masterpiece. It was very fascinating to see and some experience I will never forget
I think this yacht is the nicest I've seen. The photography was awesome. If only you could go inside to see how many lanes he has in the bowling alley.

Bigger isn’t a synonym for better. 50 meters is all the luxury anybody needs. Anything more than that is simply an attempt to make up for a small penis and low self-esteem. I currently have a replica being constructed of Bilgin Yacht’s M/Y Clarity, which can be seen if one searches TH-cam.
Yachts are definitely not an asset that appreciates in value. They depreciate in value. There isn’t any yacht that re-sells for more than the cost to construct. In addition, annual operating and maintenance costs for a mega yacht amount to approx 10-15% of the construction cost or $30-$45 million in the case of this $300 million vessel. As the saying goes…..the two happiest days in a yacht owner’s life are the day they take possession of their yacht and the day they sell it. In between those two dates, a yacht is a huge money pit….and I speak from experience.
