I’m just going to say, THANK YOU for mentioning Tower of Tokyo Heights as a possible first intense. This is actually what I beat, mostly because at the time I was not getting far in ToHF, with the amount of wraparounds and long jumps you need to do. ToTH is very similar to ToHF, but the reason I chose ToTH is because it had safety nets on every floor, thus causing less frustration and demotivation. The only parts I had to worry about were 9 and 10 outside, since those were very nerve wracking. I, myself, have failed 10 outside 7 times before actually completing it. After about 15 attempts, I beat ToTH. I would definitely recommend this tower to other people, since it’s less punishing, and it’s a skill booster. Go out there and check it out, you may have a chance of beating it.
ToHK is a very good tower to transition into Remorseless. Even if you're at a low Intense skill level, this tower's raw difficulty can help out a ton when you get to stuff like ToTS
hi! i watched this video for my first intense tower, and thought ToTH was the best for me. i practiced it, and the other day, i beat it! thank you so much for doing this video :D
Ok, this comment has some opinion changes and updates! ToTF: I originally was going to mention this but I remembered when I hit the render button so it was too late. I wouldn’t recommend this as your first intense, but it’s great when you have more skill. Floor 9 is pretty funny though. Definitely great to think about later on. Do this as one of your first. CoHaD: This is now challenging.
Here’s what I do to practice (Don’t know if this will help others) 1. I do a run Of The Tower just to feel familiar with the tower. 2. I look at the harder parts/jumps and I practice those instead of any floors (For example, maybe F1 is easy but F5 Is Hard, i won’t do F1 i will skip to F5 to practice that) 3. Whenever I feel confident that I know what to do, i attempt The Tower.
you can skip the inside the cloud section at toff by going to the right since theres a little ledge you can stand on. then you just have to do a half stud head hitter and boom
With the revamp of CoGS, CoGS is a good tower to do for a first citadel and it’s very forgiving having a quick travel pipe unlocked every time you finish a extension so that gets rid of the problem of falling one floor but actually falling 3 I personally beat ToIE ToHF and ToISC before beating CoGS and it took me a day to finish so yea CoGS is now a tower is epic
I agree 100% with his take on ToHF. I beat it as my second intense, improving my skill with purism and my sightreading abilities. And, you can do it at almost any time, I beat it as my second intense, right behind ToPA. I reccomend ToHF, its not that good until about f5 to me and beyond, but those floors are pretty good! Also, if you do ToHF, watch out for conveyors.
For me the biggest roadblock is medium to hard. A really tedious grind especially when SoLW didn't exist. But right after 2 hards I jumped to CoLS lolololol
I just complete the tower of holy flip *I played it in 7 hours straight* and i also got the play 3 hours in one sitting lol. I followed all our beginner guide and i succeed tysm for helping me. I will always support you.
my first was SoMC in aa. (If you have aa.) Once you do that, I’d kinda recommend CoLS. I can tell because I failed 11 stud in CoLS. You could also do ToIE, it’s like Logan said, one of the easiest intenses. After, You’d prob have zone 5, so do ToHK ToHE, or ToGT. Now, you may beata remorseless, such as true skill.
I did ToHF for my first time recently. I beat in less than 10 attempts, but it’s actually pretty easy to do for your first intense, so this tower could be your first or ToIE if you want.
For people that who want to newer recommendations I personally recommend ToWIA easy to understand and no hard jumps ToPA Fun tower, not really hard and easy to understand CoHaD long but many many MANY NETS CoGS short and button progress is really helping(got revamp) SoBA same as ToPA SoWG it’s basically challenging, many safety nets and also many big skips SoHP said in video My first was ToPA second try (and 6 hours after completing ToPA I completed CoHaD first try)

Toie is genuinely approachable at pretty much any skill level. It's my opinion the jump from solw to toh is much larger than the jump from toh to toie. Toie is terrible and luck based but I can't see it even being challenging difficulty. My friend did it as his like 6th tower, yet I know he pretty much can't beat any other intense towers right now.
My 1st intense tower was ToTF. For me it was not hard at all i did it cause it was very short. After i beated SoMC (Steeple of Magical Collaborations) and ToIE ,i beated ToTS and 10 other intenses.
Also ToPA is a GREAT option for your first intense due to its gameplay being extremely easy the main reason it’s intense is due to Client Object gameplay however most of the jumps are difficult or challenging (also if you play on mobile get the fire department on speed dial) also doing ToHK as my second intense:)
in my opinion tower of Tokyo heights is definitely the best intense to do as your first because even though it was placed to be high intense every floor has a safety net and it’s not too much a big deal if u fall on the ‘outside sections’ because the floors are insanely short
I was stuck on high chal for like a month since I was only trying ToSD the I was like what if I play cols blind i wanna know how good I am then beat it in an hour. If you feel like you are stuck, try a new tower even if people say its harder.
@Kevin well their b 9th creative, some examples of challenging being wicked wedges, pure chroma, stairs to spare and bright serenity, and for intense there's mechanically induced mayhem, horrifying nightmares, shitting slopes and funky grooves heck, imo even obvious chaos and tokyo heights are amazing and their ring 5 towers
I'm surprised this isn't being recommended, but I think SoBA (Steeple of Buoyant Automations) in Garden of Eshol is a good choice. I found it pretty easy to do, and I completed it in just one day. I think that I am good at hard but short towers, so this steeple seemed perfect for me, and it was. Definitely recommend this for others who aren't so good at consistency.
