This is a great list of resources, thank you for this video! I have read Dr. Dispenza's books and watch many videos continuously. His work saved me. Gabor Mate's video give amazing insight and principles that are assisting me with helping my children as well. I look forward to picking up "Legendary". Thanks again!

You're welcome! Dr. Dispenza has some incredible stuff. I am in awe of the amount of research he does too. It makes everything more tangible, which I think helps people commit to doing it. I look forward to hearing what you think about Legendary! Thanks for watching!!

2 years from my sepration from my wife and my son, nothing changed for me. Don't know what to do really hard focusing on my life.

Hey, I'm not anyone other than someone in the same boat, for me I forced myself to start doing things and focused on the things I could control. It takes part of your life back and you can cope with the bad stuff easier. Build yourself up, nobody else is going to do it, yes it's hard and I hated every bit of it to.

This is excellent advice. Can I ask, how are you doing now? Have things become any easier for you?

@RachaelSloanRelationshipCoach can't say they are easier, it's very difficult and emotionally draining. Regardless of how I feel I try and move forward because depression and other things will creep in. I can't change the fact or situation, I can only change what I do this moment, that hour or that day. Trying my best to process things and not isolate myself, talk with loved ones etc. But honestly, the heartbreak is savage. It's been a couple years for me and I met someone else for 6 months. That didn't work for no other reason than distance and spiritual beliefs, that has probably hit me harder actually because we were happy and it was only circumstance.

Joe Dispenza is pretty awesome. Most of his transformations come from meditation, which is life changing.

I really like his work. It is impressive how much research he's done too, it makes it easier to commit to the meditations when you can see the studies showing such concrete results.
      Thanks for watching!
