I like the move set, but I feel that the Azazel skin would have been a great skin. It doesn’t look like it would mess with the aesthetic changes from items would be changed too much, and you could change the wings of his up special to Azazels wings. I also think the blue alt could be replaced by blue baby.
I'd add one more item: Lazarus' rags, it would be extremely rare and would allow you to lose one stock and keep your items, you can also make it so that you can do this only once in a match, since that's what happens in the binding of Isaac

It’s all second evolutions I think that would be interesting since I don’t like most of the final evolutions throughout the entire game I just kept Dewott and never evolved him because I wasn’t a fan of his first or third evolution same goes for the other 2

Some suggested changes (based on personal preference) : 1. Side Smash would be a charge shot similar to Chocolate Milk, rather than an explosion . The longer it's charged, the bigger the tear and the more damage it does. 2. Up Smash wouldn't be Crack the Sky. It would instead be the item "Shoop da Whoop!" but red, to give it that brimstone tie-in but still be another item at the same time. 3. Down Smash would be the item "Wait, What?" causing a ground breaking effect and dealing damage in both directions. 4. Neutral B would be for using items, not for placing bombs, and Down B would be for placing bombs. 5. Side B would be "Mom's Knife," and Isaac would throw a knife. We have swords and a real ass gun with Joker, so a knife should be fine. The creep effect would instead be a passive item. 6. Up B is the same, but it wouldn't be the Holy Grail per say. It would basically just be Pit's Up B. 7. The passives would include new bomb effects, the creep effect would become a passive item. There would be other tear effects that are RNG luck based. Replace Spoon Bender and Cupid's Arrow with "Death's Touch" and "Godhead." Keep all other tier 2 and Scorpio, lose the other tear choices in favor of "20/20," "IPECAC," "Holy Light!" and "3 Dollar Bill" (chance to do any other tear effect). Add a few more tear effects, those being "Iron Bar," "Proptosis," and "Dark Matter." 8. Add in Neutral B Useable Items. These would be "Guppy's Head" named Guppy for this game (and would just be a cat that summons flies), "Yum Heart" (heals some damage), "The Book of Belial" (increases isaac damage for a time), "D4" (randomizes all other items you have), "Blue Candle," "Buddy in a Box" (random follower), and "Mystery Gift" (random throwable item effect from the item pool of Smash). All neutral B items can be used once, and have a charge bar similar to Joker's Arsene. 9. You also have a meter that fills that will show when a new item spawns, which will automatically fill when you get a kill (or will fill slowly over time based on damage you deal or are dealt). Items that spawn disappear after 10 seconds. You don't need to press A to pick them up, you just need to walk over them. You can have 1 bomb effect, 3 tear effects (regardless of category), and 1 item at a time. If you pick up more, you drop the item you were holding before, and it disappears after 5 seconds. If you pick up a fourth tear effect, you drop the first tear effect you got. 10. Enemies can pick up items that spawn for you after 5 seconds, or when you drop an item. They do nothing, except can be picked up with A and thrown with A. If they hit you (Isaac) you don't pick the item up, but take damage just like anyone else hit by an item thrown in this way. It's a constant damage equal to a normal turnip thrown by Peach. This allows enemies to throw items off stage. 11. If Kirby swallows you, Kirby steals your Neutral B item, gains the meter that Isaac has, and gains that item's effects. If Kirby swallows you while you're holding no useable item, you pop back out as though Kirby swallowed another Kirby. Final Smash: this would be the Crack the Sky effect, except it would be more like the Boss Isaac from the Cathedral. The camera zooms in on isaac, who grow wings and fly's up, disappearing with the teleport side effect. The camera then zooms out again, showing isaac with the holy sound effect flying in the center skybox of the map, who then rains crack the sky lazers straight down on the map. This is similar to Lucas or Ness' final smash. If you are hit by a lazer off stage, it spikes.
I like these suggestions the only thing I don't like would be the 'yummy heart' and 'book of budai' cuz I think that should be given to his judas character and the lady version (I forgot the name)

Came back here after the Repentance update for Binding of Isaac, and thought of a new victory animation. It could have Isaac grow Angel wings like the Holy Grail item as a beam of light showers him from above. Isaac then dries his tears and smiles as he flies upward. His nightmares and suffering finally at an end.

5:44 I was thinking his neutral b would make him hold a tarot card similar to Pacman selecting items like cherry's or bells. the fool would teleport him to random areas on the stage (can be used while falling for a quick escape). the magician could raise the hitbox of all attacks for a short period of time. the high priestess would summon moms foot that lands on the person with the most stocks or least percent (similar to Bayonetta's down smash). the empress makes all damage random usually between 10% to 35% for jab attacks for 5 seconds. the emperor increases damage by 1.5x for 5 seconds. the hierophant would allow you to have super armor for 3 seconds. the lovers would spawn 2 random healing items. the chariot gives Isaac Iframes for 4 seconds. justice spawns 1 random item from any category. the hermit will teleport Isaac to a random person on the stage. wheel of fortune jumbles up everyone's percent (not stocks however). strength would give you the mushroom growth effect because really what do you honestly expect. the hanged man allows Isaac to have double the amount of jumps for a short amount of time. death will instant kill one person that is over 95%. temperance will damage you by 35% for an increase in damage by 1.45x for 5 seconds. the devil will permanently increase Isaac's damage by 1.25x at the cost of no more tarot use (this will lock off the neutral b for the rest of the match). the tower will drop bombs from the sky that damage enemy's. the stars will spawn a temporary weapon out of the items category in smash that lasts for 15 seconds before disappearing entirely. the moon will have one of 2 random effects where it may increase damage output by 1.20x permanently or increase crit chance by 15% permanently locking off tarot cards for the rest of the match. the sun heals you by 45% and damages everybody by 25% no matter the resistance. judgement will make everybody's percent equal to Isaac's. and the world stops ti- JKJK the world actually allows Isaac to predict when enemy's might hit allowing for a better super armor chance. some important things to know is that you can only use 3 tarot cards during a match and due to how powerful some may be you can only use them every 30 seconds.
Isaac is one of the characters I've really wanted to see you do. The Binding of Isaac is one of my favorite games of all time. I think there is so much potential for his moveset, since there are so many different items and abilities he can have in his arsenal. His moveset from Blade Strangers seemed a little too restrictive to me, but I don't often play those kinds of fighting games so that's probably just my own personal opinion. I'm glad to see that you gave him a much broader set of moves. However, one thing I would've done is given him an extra gimmick similar to the one you gave Frisk, where the way you play as Isaac and what items you have him obtain and use determines whether he can become Holy Isaac (reminiscent of the winged Isaac boss in the Cathedral) or Devil Isaac (reminiscent of the form Isaac takes in Ending 16) via a meter of Soul Hearts (Holy) VS Dark Hearts (Devil). The more hearts you have that correspond with the Final Smash, the stronger the Final Smash will be, but the moves will suffer from damage reductions depending on how many you have that correspond the the opposite Final Smash. Obtaining more holy items (which are usually items found in the Angel Rooms that have a chance of appearing at the end of a boss battle in the original game) would have the Soul Heart meter fill up and reduce the Dark Heart meter by the same amount, while obtaining cursed items (which are usually items found in the Devil Rooms that have a chance of appearing at the end of a boss battle in the original game) would have the Dark Heart meter fill up and reduce the Soul Heart meter by the same amount. This way, you could include both of Isaac's most dangerous and deadly forms. This would only affect which Final Smash he uses, however, so his stats and normal moveset won't be affected at all. Holy Isaac would use Crack the Sky (where Isaac will sprout wings, an angelic silhouette behind him, summon white beams of light from the sky that strike down randomly and damage opponents) and Devil Isaac would use Mega Blast (where Isaac would take on his Brimstone form, Satan's demonic silhouette behind him, and fire a red laser that hits the center of the stage then splits into two beams that sweep to the sides of the stage [or possibly something like Death's Touch if you are that concerned about the use of a blood laser, where Isaac would have Death's Scythes fly in from the sides of the screen and cause damage to opponents]. If Isaac is completely neutral hearts-wise, both Final Smashes will have a 50% chance of occurring. Anyway, thank you for covering this precious boy, BrawlFan1! In terms of a Friendly Intro, Since this Game was Heavily Inspired by Smash, There could be a Custom Intro where Isaac Checks a Chest to find a Smash Invitation. It's the only Idea I have for an Intro for this Little Guy, But I think it works. Anyway, I've been waiting for a Moveset for this Character for a While now. ^^

After getting addicted to this game recently, I only have one suggestion: shat if there was another special item for devil deals? When Isaac picks it up, 50 damage is dealt and he gains one of 3 random items: Brimstone- replaces Isaac’s tears with a chargable laser, which deals massive damage but heavy lag Spirit of the Night- gives Isaac the ability to fly like Kirby or Jiggly puff, and his tears can shoot through walls and floors Mom’s knife- Isaac has a knife which constantly trails behind him, dealing constant non flinching damage to anyone who comes into close contact with him. (Maybe a fourth item, but it would be crazy), Guppy’s head- Isaac is put at 999% and set to 9 stocks. He gets to keep all his current items when he dies, but his percentage will start at 999% as well until the match has ended. Devil deals are part of what make the binding of isaac so fun, because they’re high risk high reward. If you think you can play well enough, it might be worth it to take a chance with a devil deal, but it might not be if the match is close and sacrificing 50% would cost you the game.
Other potential item ideas from a big Isaac fan: Gnawed Leaf could increase shield durability D6 could reroll other items on the ground Ipecac could HEAVILY increase isaac's tear damage, but make him take slight damage from firing them, with the damage to self getting stronger at closer range Pyromaniac could make Isaac unable to be hurt by his own bombs and other explosion attacks Dark Bum could be a familiar that, when active, heals Isaac when he takes a stock from someone Holy Mantle could automatically restore Isaac's shield to full when it would otherwise break, destroying the Holy Mantle in the process Metal Plate could act as a temporary Franklin badge style reflector Golden Bomb could drastically reduce the end lag of spawning a bomb, allowing them to be used more frequently and last but not least Chaos could allow items from the same tier to be collected at the same time, with the only limitation being the total number of items Isaac could pick up, which would stay the same
Request: I would love it if you could make a smash moveset for a Skylander. I don’t really mind which but some of the most popular include: Trigger Happy, Gill Grunt, Stealth Elf, Pop Fizz and more although my personal favourite has always been Bash. Personally, I think Skylanders gets a bit too much hate from people who have hardly played it but in spite of this it still has a very dedicated fanbase even though we haven’t had a mainline game in a while.
Agreed. I've been putting Skylanders in my list of wanted characters for a while, since quite a few of them can bring interesting ideas to the table. Stealth Elf, Kaos, Wolfgang, Terrafin, Cynder, Gill Grunt, Eruptor, and Flare Wolf have been on my list for a while.

To everyone wondering why the iconic Brimstone wasn't apart of this moveset. It's because that's a blood laser, and blood in Smash is a no go.

Neutral A: a simple headbutt to the front
Side A: a charge forward (or backwards) with top of head sticking out
Up A: headbonk (like in Paper Mario games)
Down A: simple kick in the front of Goomba (while crouching)
Neutral Air: a quick spin once (can be held to spin in place in the air for up to 10 seconds)
Side Air: a lunge towards either the left or right based on controller input
Up Air: another lunge, just upwards
Down Air: Goomba flips upside down and spins like a drill, heading downwards
Side Smash: charge, then tackle any foe in front (left or right)
Up Smash: charge, then a quick flip-upside-down-and-flail-your-feet-like-mad-for-a-second attack
Down Smash: charge, then leap in the air and come crashing down (the more you charge, the higher you go up when you leap into the sky, allowing you some more damage and some more targets)
Neutral B: a spin attack similar to Meta Knight’s Neutral B, just Goomba can’t move around while spinning
Side B: a roll on the ground forwards (left or right)
Up B: head becomes a hit box, Goomba leaps up
Down B: Goomba puts both feet out, does a little hop, and while hopping, it spins a little bit to do damage via a kick
Grab: holds foe in place with teeth
Pummel: chomps down
Front Throw: puts head back, then shoots it forward while releasing its grip
Back Throw: Goomba hops and spins vertically, releasing foe at the right time to send them flying backwards
Up Throw: quickly faces up and releasing grip, sending foe upwards
Down Throw: Goomba (while holding foe) leaps in the air and falls down face first, launching the foe away
Final Smash: Goomba jumps high up in the air, out of the map, and flips upside down, then he proceeds to spin as he falls
he eventually hits the earth, causing a giant mushroom explosion, dealing damage to all foes
anyone close to Goomba when it jumped receives more damage
Color 1: Brown (Regular Goomba)
Color 2: Blue (Based off of Goombas in caves in Super Mario Bros.)

I like the move set, but I feel that the Azazel skin would have been a great skin. It doesn’t look like it would mess with the aesthetic changes from items would be changed too much, and you could change the wings of his up special to Azazels wings.

I really wish the Mii Gunner Fighter and Swordfighter were replaced by Miitopia Classes.
Some suggested changes (based on personal preference) :
1. Side Smash would be a charge shot similar to Chocolate Milk, rather than an explosion . The longer it's charged, the bigger the tear and the more damage it does.
2. Up Smash wouldn't be Crack the Sky. It would instead be the item "Shoop da Whoop!" but red, to give it that brimstone tie-in but still be another item at the same time.
3. Down Smash would be the item "Wait, What?" causing a ground breaking effect and dealing damage in both directions.
4. Neutral B would be for using items, not for placing bombs, and Down B would be for placing bombs.
5. Side B would be "Mom's Knife," and Isaac would throw a knife. We have swords and a real ass gun with Joker, so a knife should be fine. The creep effect would instead be a passive item.
6. Up B is the same, but it wouldn't be the Holy Grail per say. It would basically just be Pit's Up B.
7. The passives would include new bomb effects, the creep effect would become a passive item. There would be other tear effects that are RNG luck based. Replace Spoon Bender and Cupid's Arrow with "Death's Touch" and "Godhead." Keep all other tier 2 and Scorpio, lose the other tear choices in favor of "20/20," "IPECAC," "Holy Light!" and "3 Dollar Bill" (chance to do any other tear effect). Add a few more tear effects, those being "Iron Bar," "Proptosis," and "Dark Matter."
8. Add in Neutral B Useable Items. These would be "Guppy's Head" named Guppy for this game (and would just be a cat that summons flies), "Yum Heart" (heals some damage), "The Book of Belial" (increases isaac damage for a time), "D4" (randomizes all other items you have), "Blue Candle," "Buddy in a Box" (random follower), and "Mystery Gift" (random throwable item effect from the item pool of Smash). All neutral B items can be used once, and have a charge bar similar to Joker's Arsene.
9. You also have a meter that fills that will show when a new item spawns, which will automatically fill when you get a kill (or will fill slowly over time based on damage you deal or are dealt). Items that spawn disappear after 10 seconds. You don't need to press A to pick them up, you just need to walk over them. You can have 1 bomb effect, 3 tear effects (regardless of category), and 1 item at a time. If you pick up more, you drop the item you were holding before, and it disappears after 5 seconds. If you pick up a fourth tear effect, you drop the first tear effect you got.
10. Enemies can pick up items that spawn for you after 5 seconds, or when you drop an item. They do nothing, except can be picked up with A and thrown with A. If they hit you (Isaac) you don't pick the item up, but take damage just like anyone else hit by an item thrown in this way. It's a constant damage equal to a normal turnip thrown by Peach. This allows enemies to throw items off stage.
11. If Kirby swallows you, Kirby steals your Neutral B item, gains the meter that Isaac has, and gains that item's effects. If Kirby swallows you while you're holding no useable item, you pop back out as though Kirby swallowed another Kirby.
Final Smash: this would be the Crack the Sky effect, except it would be more like the Boss Isaac from the Cathedral. The camera zooms in on isaac, who grow wings and fly's up, disappearing with the teleport side effect. The camera then zooms out again, showing isaac with the holy sound effect flying in the center skybox of the map, who then rains crack the sky lazers straight down on the map. This is similar to Lucas or Ness' final smash. If you are hit by a lazer off stage, it spikes.
I like these suggestions the only thing I don't like would be the 'yummy heart' and 'book of budai' cuz I think that should be given to his judas character and the lady version (I forgot the name)
It would be cool if the side smashes were anti grav. Charging up a group of tears and letting them all go at once
I'd like to add: if you use "Wait what?" without charging it at all, it uses Butter Bean (behaves like uncharged wario waft)
I think the final smash should be a mob of basement creatures to better fit the game

Came back here after the Repentance update for Binding of Isaac, and thought of a new victory animation.
It could have Isaac grow Angel wings like the Holy Grail item as a beam of light showers him from above. Isaac then dries his tears and smiles as he flies upward. His nightmares and suffering finally at an end.

What if Homer Simpson was in smash?!
5:44 I was thinking his neutral b would make him hold a tarot card similar to Pacman selecting items like cherry's or bells. the fool would teleport him to random areas on the stage (can be used while falling for a quick escape). the magician could raise the hitbox of all attacks for a short period of time. the high priestess would summon moms foot that lands on the person with the most stocks or least percent (similar to Bayonetta's down smash). the empress makes all damage random usually between 10% to 35% for jab attacks for 5 seconds. the emperor increases damage by 1.5x for 5 seconds. the hierophant would allow you to have super armor for 3 seconds. the lovers would spawn 2 random healing items. the chariot gives Isaac Iframes for 4 seconds. justice spawns 1 random item from any category. the hermit will teleport Isaac to a random person on the stage. wheel of fortune jumbles up everyone's percent (not stocks however). strength would give you the mushroom growth effect because really what do you honestly expect. the hanged man allows Isaac to have double the amount of jumps for a short amount of time. death will instant kill one person that is over 95%. temperance will damage you by 35% for an increase in damage by 1.45x for 5 seconds. the devil will permanently increase Isaac's damage by 1.25x at the cost of no more tarot use (this will lock off the neutral b for the rest of the match). the tower will drop bombs from the sky that damage enemy's. the stars will spawn a temporary weapon out of the items category in smash that lasts for 15 seconds before disappearing entirely. the moon will have one of 2 random effects where it may increase damage output by 1.20x permanently or increase crit chance by 15% permanently locking off tarot cards for the rest of the match. the sun heals you by 45% and damages everybody by 25% no matter the resistance. judgement will make everybody's percent equal to Isaac's. and the world stops ti- JKJK the world actually allows Isaac to predict when enemy's might hit allowing for a better super armor chance. some important things to know is that you can only use 3 tarot cards during a match and due to how powerful some may be you can only use them every 30 seconds.

Isaac is one of the characters I've really wanted to see you do. The Binding of Isaac is one of my favorite games of all time.
I think there is so much potential for his moveset, since there are so many different items and abilities he can have in his arsenal.
His moveset from Blade Strangers seemed a little too restrictive to me, but I don't often play those kinds of fighting games so that's probably just my own personal opinion.
I'm glad to see that you gave him a much broader set of moves.
However, one thing I would've done is given him an extra gimmick similar to the one you gave Frisk, where the way you play as Isaac and what items you have him obtain and use determines whether he can become Holy Isaac (reminiscent of the winged Isaac boss in the Cathedral) or Devil Isaac (reminiscent of the form Isaac takes in Ending 16) via a meter of Soul Hearts (Holy) VS Dark Hearts (Devil). The more hearts you have that correspond with the Final Smash, the stronger the Final Smash will be, but the moves will suffer from damage reductions depending on how many you have that correspond the the opposite Final Smash. Obtaining more holy items (which are usually items found in the Angel Rooms that have a chance of appearing at the end of a boss battle in the original game) would have the Soul Heart meter fill up and reduce the Dark Heart meter by the same amount, while obtaining cursed items (which are usually items found in the Devil Rooms that have a chance of appearing at the end of a boss battle in the original game) would have the Dark Heart meter fill up and reduce the Soul Heart meter by the same amount. This way, you could include both of Isaac's most dangerous and deadly forms. This would only affect which Final Smash he uses, however, so his stats and normal moveset won't be affected at all. Holy Isaac would use Crack the Sky (where Isaac will sprout wings, an angelic silhouette behind him, summon white beams of light from the sky that strike down randomly and damage opponents) and Devil Isaac would use Mega Blast (where Isaac would take on his Brimstone form, Satan's demonic silhouette behind him, and fire a red laser that hits the center of the stage then splits into two beams that sweep to the sides of the stage [or possibly something like Death's Touch if you are that concerned about the use of a blood laser, where Isaac would have Death's Scythes fly in from the sides of the screen and cause damage to opponents]. If Isaac is completely neutral hearts-wise, both Final Smashes will have a 50% chance of occurring.

In terms of a Friendly Intro, Since this Game was Heavily Inspired by Smash, There could be a Custom Intro where Isaac Checks a Chest to find a Smash Invitation. It's the only Idea I have for an Intro for this Little Guy, But I think it works. Anyway, I've been waiting for a Moveset for this Character for a While now. ^^

After getting addicted to this game recently, I only have one suggestion: shat if there was another special item for devil deals? When Isaac picks it up, 50 damage is dealt and he gains one of 3 random items:
Brimstone- replaces Isaac’s tears with a chargable laser, which deals massive damage but heavy lag
Spirit of the Night- gives Isaac the ability to fly like Kirby or Jiggly puff, and his tears can shoot through walls and floors
Mom’s knife- Isaac has a knife which constantly trails behind him, dealing constant non flinching damage to anyone who comes into close contact with him.
(Maybe a fourth item, but it would be crazy), Guppy’s head- Isaac is put at 999% and set to 9 stocks. He gets to keep all his current items when he dies, but his percentage will start at 999% as well until the match has ended.
Devil deals are part of what make the binding of isaac so fun, because they’re high risk high reward. If you think you can play well enough, it might be worth it to take a chance with a devil deal, but it might not be if the match is close and sacrificing 50% would cost you the game.

Other potential item ideas from a big Isaac fan:
Gnawed Leaf could increase shield durability
D6 could reroll other items on the ground
Ipecac could HEAVILY increase isaac's tear damage, but make him take slight damage from firing them, with the damage to self getting stronger at closer range
Pyromaniac could make Isaac unable to be hurt by his own bombs and other explosion attacks
Dark Bum could be a familiar that, when active, heals Isaac when he takes a stock from someone
Holy Mantle could automatically restore Isaac's shield to full when it would otherwise break, destroying the Holy Mantle in the process
Metal Plate could act as a temporary Franklin badge style reflector
Golden Bomb could drastically reduce the end lag of spawning a bomb, allowing them to be used more frequently
and last but not least
Chaos could allow items from the same tier to be collected at the same time, with the only limitation being the total number of items Isaac could pick up, which would stay the same
Golden bombs should be fast bombs
Now im thinking, the gimmik is more like tainted isaac than normal isaac, you know, because you have something like an inventory like tainted isaac.
Request: I would love it if you could make a smash moveset for a Skylander. I don’t really mind which but some of the most popular include: Trigger Happy, Gill Grunt, Stealth Elf, Pop Fizz and more although my personal favourite has always been Bash. Personally, I think Skylanders gets a bit too much hate from people who have hardly played it but in spite of this it still has a very dedicated fanbase even though we haven’t had a mainline game in a while.

My only beef with the moveset is the the side smash since it is the only thing (minus the melee attacks) that is a direct call back but still 12/10 work dude love ur work

Neutral Special= Gun
Side Special= Sword Dance or Makougaon
Up Special= Grappling Hook
Down Special= Rebel's Guard (summons Cendrillon)
Final Smash= All-Out Attack
Victory poses= Doing different types of gymnastics or her dancing skills
