Sorry for the late response. I just tested it and seems to work perfectly fine with the configuration I left it when I made this video three months ago. In other words, I didn't update anything. I checked if there were updates after I made the video and there weren't for RE3 itself or for the trainer. I think something has gone wrong with your game or computer. I'd recommend verifying the game cache on Steam and/or reinstalling the game for starters. Maybe some mod is the culprit? Hard to tell. I hope you'll get it working again, or did.
