Mill Creek is a city nestled in Snohomish County, WA. Positioned between Everett and Lynnwood, it sits around 20 miles northeast of Seattle.
Originally designed as a planned community in the 1970s, the city was carefully developed with thoughtful urban planning and meticulous attention to detail.
