Prada L'Homme Intense by Prada is a Oriental Woody fragrance for men. Launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Daniela (Roche) Andrier. Top note is iris; middle notes are Amber and Patchouli; base notes are Tonka Bean, Leather and Sandalwood.
Gentleman Eau de Parfum by Givenchy is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for men. Launched in 2018. Gentleman Eau de Parfum was created by Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson. I really like both of them. Gentleman givenchy smells so classy to me that I rarely wear it. I often feel underdressed for that scent if that makes sense 😂

not classy at all, even teenagers can wear it easily if they dress up in a calm style
Women fall easy when you wear the Prada one. I tried it couple of times but the best with women so far is Tom Ford Noir Extreme. Chick I was seeing for a while called me like a year later asking about the perfume so she could buy it to her boyfriend. It’s that good !
prada lhomme original is the bomb. Especially after not smelling it after a while it's just so beautiful compared to other typical big brand fragrances.

Bought Givenchy Gentleman EDP . Woooooooow is smells so nice and classy . It’s just perfect , the perfect balance . The opening and the dry down is insane . I think it smells better than the Eros (which i once owned)

I bought Prada L'Homme after your recommendation. Thank you guys for your channel. I bought the original version, the one you mentioned in other videos.
It’s nice! My go to in spring and all meetings I have! So clean
I have both of these fragrances and let me tell you, test strips don't do either one justice. Both have gotten me compliments everytime I wear them.
I concur, I hate test strips..There is a huge difference with skin.

Very hard to say which is better, both are unbelievably strong and like I said both worked well on my skin. Projection is loud enough to constantly get noticed but not too much to drown people around you, they smell great. Prada is more sharp in my opinion, Givenchy has a bit of a sweeter vibe. Don't judge either one until the 15 to 30 min dry down, They both shine then.

They are different. L’homme intense is a soapy sexy iris. Boisee is a chocolate with some iris. They really feature the cacao. We own both. But honestly they feel like different situations. So my suggestion for you would be to try both at the store. Spray a couple sprays on each arm and see which one you enjoy more throughout the day
I bought the givenchy 50 ml to try yesterday, I should have bought the 100ml. Awesome scent and a great opposite to my Jil Sander Sun which I always wear during summertime

Great video! 💪 Of these two I surprisingly prefer Gentleman EDP! I usually hate those lipsicky iris fragrances (Dior Homme, Valentino Uomo) but somehow it works here. It's not as prominent as in Dior Homme or Valentino Uomo.
Yeah, it doesn’t smell lipsticky like those other ones. It almost has more of a tonka feel. Might be from the Orris instead of pure iris. Either way it smells good
Great video! Have them both, love them both. I was impressed with Jade's ability to describe the two perfumes with just a few words and very accurately. She has the charisma of understanding the scents. You should use her charisma more often!

Just a friendly correction.. you said Givenchy Gentlemen ONLY, which is an EDT and not the fragrance you’re actually talking about. The one you’re showing is just Givenchy Gentleman EDP :)

Not my type of fragrances but great video nonetheless. Was wondering if you’ve tried any of the Dior hommes cause they’re sorta similar to gentlemen only edp I didn’t like them cause the lipsticky note
We don’t really like them. They smell too lipsticky to us as well

I prefer Givenchy Reserve Privée than edp. Prada L’homme intense, simply exquisite.
In terms of mass appeal... in your opinions would you choose Prada Luna Rosa Carbon, Versace Dylan Blue, or Mont Blanc Explorer?
Explorer or Carbon. Both work great. I’d go with the one you like more :)

your channel is a very different style than others, keep up the good work =), I own only prada lhomme intense but definitely wanna sample the Givenchy one. I have gentlemen prive which is a boozy flanker, it's good but not my favorite. in fact, both prada and givenchy prive are not my favorites, but I enjoy watching your channel haha.
Definitely check out the EDP as it is very different use of Iris compared to Prive!

Interesting how everyone seem to have a different initial reaction to Gentleman edp. I was put off by the orris and clove and peppery initial blast, but as it mellowed over time, I caught myself keep sniffing my arm again and again and again.. I remember smelling something smokey, incence-y, but it's not listed in the notes, it could be some spice or tobacco note that's unlisted..

There are better fragrances for a teen. If I were to get one from the L’homme line for a teen it would be Prada L’homme Leau

Because it’s a compliment test. This video is also 3 years old. Check out some of the newer videos. They picked which ones they preferred.

Would have thought going into the video it would have played out the other way around.
I honestly think Prada L’homme intense is another one of the community hype fragrances that just never hit with anyone else outside of community. Personally I like it more than gentleman EDP, but I like it significantly less than Prada L’homme.

1st Rule of Fight Club... Do NOT show the brand to the contestants. Have them smell each strip and make their decision. Never provide a possible bias to the brand by showing the name and brands before the contestants make a decision. 1st Rule of Fight Club....
They gave their unbiased opinion on how they liked the scent and which they preferred. This is a compliment test after all. This video is also like 4+ years old. Definitely check out newer videos.

Nope, and they don’t sell it in stores any more so it’s gonna be harder to get.

I want to love Prada Lhomme Intense but all I can smell is liquorice when I smell it.

It is really interesting cause I notice for iris scents you guys are not into the Valentino uomo intense, which I would have to agree I mean it's ok, but that whole 'lipstick' vibe kinna throws me off 😔👎🏿, its probably why I'm not a fan of Dior homme intense neither.
However I like and own both Prada l'homme intense aswell as Gentlemen Givenchy Edp as they in my opinion display a little more masculine qualities irrespective if the iris. But for me GG pips the post.

No offense but most of the ladies (2nd & 3rd I think) don’t seem old enough to appreciate the maturity of the “gentlemen’s” fragrance (Givenchy). Good video but next time consider a more diversely-aged group.
I mean the girls range from mid 20’s to mid 30’s. Sorry they didn’t vibe with your taste in fragrance.
One feedback is that the last review seemed to be for a "cuddle scent" which isn't really a fair comparison compared to the others. Nice work overall though!

I actually think it’s a fragrance for the 25 and up crowd. I don’t think teens dig it much at all. Luke’s little brother is a teen and hates it 😂.
problem with prada lhomme intense is the horrible opening i’m surprised it got decent ratings for the opening. absolutely fantastic on the drydown though
