If you don't want the browning on the eggs and just want the egg bites you can also have use steam. I have a steam function in my Ninja cooker and have used large muffin silicone cups.

Hi Rose Red. We are sanitizing jars for dehydrated food. We use hot soapy water. Hot rinsing water. We are using the sanitizing pills that you recommended. We are getting hard water spots. So I added vinegar and cleaned and sanitized again. Still hard water spots. Is that a problem for long term storage with hard water spots? We would really appreciate a reply. We are trying to be prepared asap. 😊

Besides the heat involved, why not just use ones convection oven? If you have one, it’s probably cheaper than purchasing another appliance, and it’s one less thing to cook with that has a potential toxic (teflon, ceramic) surface. Just questioning the need to purchase more things if you have something that already can do the same thing without cluttering up the counter top. Again, great video.
Personal preference! I love my air fryer. It is light enough I can easily move it out of the way. It doesn’t heat up the house. It can air fry, bake, dehydrate and can be used as a crockpot. Cooks in half the time. No messy oven to clean. If you don’t want one don’t get one but you won’t know what you are missing.

Last I checked your intake of carbs should be kept between 45 and 52% of your daily calorie consumption. According to dietitians. You may adhere to a different reading. That's your decision. Just don't pester this audience with your admonitions. And don't yell.
She only used 1/4 cup per biscuit so your calculations are for the whole batch. There are people who actually need to eat more carbs than 20g a day, but you do you.
You got something very wrong here. The 20g pr day do refer to added sugar, not carbs in general. You really need to differentiate. Carbs cover a wider range of nutrients, where f.ex. dietary fibers are one part. Please do some reading before you try to lecture us again.
