Nah, he's just interacting with Amy through the presence of debug mode. Metal is the practical equivalent of a waterfall object; he has no technical cues or collision past his race mode. The only reason Amy seemingly hugs him is because of the presence and trigger of the player, albeit through debug mode.

@@That1Cube_ In Sound Test set the values to PCM 12 DA 11. You should see a picture of Tails with his Jeep. Now you have debug mode.
