I'd love one, but I unfortunately, I will never have THAT much money. The product is brilliant though, hope it reaches far and gets into the hands of the right people. It sounds soo beautiful. I just wanna sit in a cottage and drink tea and listen to these guitar tunes. So warm and lovely.
@@MoodGuitars no, thank you. Now I know my true love exists. Hopefully someday either your prices will drop ludicrously low or my income starts to include a significant fun fund. Until then I'll continue to bully my little OM Fender classical to live on the C# edge.
Those conversions are so clever. What a brilliant idea. I was impressed with the snap on baritone conversion, then the rubber vs wood conversion is almost equally impressive. Lots of very interesting ideas being explored here.
Not much people are aware but these rubber bridges would be great for bachata style guitar playing and the humbucker in the soundhole just made it 100% possible!!
I've only just seen this You Tube video. I'm hugely impressed with this lovely all-Mahogany Parlor guitar, with such tonal variety and diversity, for use in different contexts. So much thought has gone into this, in terms of construction, pickup design, swappable bridge saddles, a greater convexity of the top, ladder bracing, etc. This is the guitar I've been longing for all my life. As soon as I have enough money, I hope to order one for myself.
What a kind and thoughtful comment, thank you so much! We spent six months planning and designing this guitar and two months building it, so thousands of hours of thought and consideration has gone into it. We tried to make every single detail as perfect as we could make it for the sound and look we wanted. So thank you so much for noticing! We would love to make you one!
I can only dream 🤭. That is a BEAUTIFUL creation! Congrats to you guys. I’m in the process of converting one of my Gretch Jim Dandy’s into a rubber bridge with a pickup - it’s going to have to do for me I’m afraid. All the very best. It should go gangbusters in the market.
Such a nice compliment, thank you for your kind words! Those Jim Dandy’s are awesome and perfect to convert to a rubber bridge, I hope the process goes well and you enjoy the sound! They are such fun guitars to play on. Thanks again!
We understand! They are each handmade by my Dad and I (Kris). Everything from selecting the wood to building the pickups is all done in-house. Sure we can’t compete with the prices of larger operations but who else is making something like this? 😉
@@MoodGuitarsCool guitar and sounds. It's nice to hear all the different Moods in a guitar with character. Being able to also set it up as a Baritone was a smart move, and I hope it has the engineering necessary to handle the much higher string tension. Regarding the price, perhaps in the future you'll be able ramp up production or do a Licencing Agreement that will allow more guitarists get their hands on an instrument that inspires. Good luck, and thanks!
Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment. The baritone tuning does indeed hold up as we designed it to have really sturdy construction - we have been testing it and putting it through the ringer for months now and it has been performing like a champ! Thanks for listening!
I thought it was just a rubber bridge guitar at first. But really you get a ton of guitars in one instead entirely converting a guitar to one thing. This is so sick and definitely worth an investment. I'll admit that $2500-$3000 is a lot more enticing, but I can see why with all the ingenious tech and how much it cost to develop why this might be so
@@MoodGuitars I bet it's tonsss of fun haha. As for me, as a juxtaposition, I currently build tones on my Lag Hyvibe; which is an incredible guitar too, just way different lol 😅😅
This guitar looks very exciting and seems like it solves alot of the problems I've always struggled wrestled with when choosing a guitar. 1) How to get multiple tones out of an acoustic guitar, including baritone and regular tuning 2) How to get pickup tones out of an acoustic guitar 3) How to get the string spacing I am accustomed to with an acoustic guitar but the feature set of an electric I am very excited! Alas, I don't foresee a new guitar in my near future, but this is going on my watch list.

Thanks for demoing it in fingerstyle. . I rarely use a pick (for moodiness’s sake 😂) so it’s good to hear the tone of fingers and a lot of other companies forget to show that. .

Sounds so wonderful and great playing. I love the ideas here and wish I could afford one. I wish you all the best, and hope that you can grow enough to make these wonderful instruments more accessible to us poor musicians. 🙏
The funny thing is… Guitarista are so funny. They probably rather have four guitars and split these functions between them that they have one in Guitar that can make all of these different sounds, and have all of these different applications. I think of someway in which guitarist identify each guitar with a certain Theo and function, and sound and mojo. If you recall music man came out with that game changer guitar pick up switching system that gave you 209 sounds… Not sure how well that did. Let’s not to take anything away from what you have accomplished here. It’s really wonderfully and thoroughly thought through and beautifully produced. So I’m not commenting on that. I’m commenting on the wacky psychology of guitar players. Having said that, I wish you best of luck. I hope that people fine and discover this unique instrument and make some beautiful music with it.
Thank you 🙏 The amps in this video are tube guitar amps, but it also sounds great on solid state amps. It would sound pretty close to its DI signal on an acoustic amp which is one of the most common ways that the rubber bridge guitars are recorded. The tone controls on the guitar give you a lot of wiggle room with getting a good sound on a lot of different amps.
