Truth be told…i love open world builds
Just hoped they would give us more build templates…with open world, different pve builds that include dps, defensive support and offensive supp & wvw builds i run out of space for my most played classes haha

While dagger on druid is fun, having shortbow's range and mobility just makes it a better choice in general since you can kite more. Also, it depends on the content, if I need hardcore survivability I will use my untamed build, or if DPS is the limiting factor I will go Druid. (Personally I like druid more because I do not have to button mash as much or micromanage cooldowns and unleashed states.
Short bow and dagger torch is what i run
( two ways to run it as in the video) and i like this one better easier to adapt and more fun you switch the axe for the bow not the dagger
I agree it feels more focused on what to do unlike untamed 😆
How it is that the Untamed build is tankier when this one is using Trailblazer? Just more self-healing?
@@thephobos1810 self healing and damage reduction vow of the untamed lower incoming power damage while pet unleashed by 25% and a lot more protection access also from restorative strike trait and exploding spoors if you needed

I don't use any addons the game shows you the DPS in this place 😄
Keybind I use an MMO mouse for everything except my weapon is on the keyboard
So, for higher dps and boon cleanse, do untamed? I got a bit confused on the last part of the video. I really don't play "ranger", it's one of 3 classes I'm slowly working on.
Untamed have higher survivability boon remove and bith power and condition damage
Druid have higher DPS and full condition damage and can be played very well with short bow which is a plus in my opinion

Last time i checked build editor wasn't updated yet so I didn't use it
How does vipers effect this builds effectiveness? Already geared up that way so figured I'll try it
Your survivability will take a big hit but it is easier for your pet to tank for you since you will have much lower toughness to agro
You will lose a lot of vitality so taste for danger will give less expertise and utility effect too Corsair tunning Crystal so you will need another kind the one that converts from power and precision
Also you should run it with axe and dagger not short bow to get more of the benefit of viper especially with Vicious Quarry

No this is a condi build so mace is a big drop in damage
so is this one or the untamed one is stronger?
I compared them in the end of the video this one has higher DPS but survivability is less and untamed has both power and condition damage and can remove boons
I do with my power necro 22-23k dps
