Totally concur with your decision to embrace the "fun over strict to the rules" decision making in these videos. While maybe completely new players will have a more difficult time understanding/replicating your decision process it definitely makes for a more entertaining video for those familiar with the game and also still teaches players to not be too laser focused on a particular build all the time.
Fun fact: Esty's Coach is a key item for endless runs. Because if you wanna go +100 your main weapon should be spicy sauce. When you have full health, berries cannot come to you. So you should take Esty's Coach or Torture to cannot heal.
Axolotl is so fun as an item. I wish you could lock it in the shop to really manipulate the stat changes, but I guess that would make it brokenly powerful instead of super fun and random.
Have you ever done a video about getting set up for a deep endless mode? I know you’ve said it takes hours to go really deep into it but I’m sure there are lots of us out there that can only get to early to mid 30s.
Most powerful axolotl I ever got was turning my 200+ harvesting into armor on round 16 or 17, immediately making it an unlosable run because I was invincible. Boss was doing 3-4 damage.
2:08 what I do to mitigate the negative interaction between Speedy and Keyboard is that I actually swapp to playing mouse only with it, it makes it so it's actually impossible for me to stand still.
@Cephalopocalypse I only do it for speedy, it's easy enough that you can get used to it in a single run. Specially if you're using a Melee damage but actually Ranged weapon.
ive bought axolotl twice now the first time turned my 250~ harvesting into armor (I was playing apprentice so my stats in general were high) this carried me into endless and ended around 40. The second time i was already in endless with demon and swapped my ~1500 hp with my elemental damage wich worked well because I had the full stat integration of nail, heat, and book and I had 3 procs of tardigrade. . . still only made to the 50s. Had mixed emotions about that run because I do not think you could get much stronger then that so that was awesome but also I doubt I could do much better then that. I also had a lot of cursed items.
That would be awesome yeah - one of my favorite card games before it died, Storybook Brawl, had special secret rare cards that could only appear if you had one of the level boosting effects and those were always sweet
After the first twist I was fully expecting you to find that other adding new damage scaling to your weapons item. Funny enough when I play Speedy with high speed I find most success with fists. I can't run around fast unless I have a fast weapon which is why my first win with Hiker was so hard, I ended up using your guide of lance high defence/dodge just to get through.

I definitely love embracing the flexibility to pivot in the direction of the most fun.
I laughed out loud when you took the Esty's couch.
Sometimes you gotta just let chaos reign
Has it really been that long since you did all of the original class guides? Wow
The first one I did was for the Knight, in July 2023, so I guess a little more than a year and a half. Been a wild ride since then!
I will definitely keep enjoying them as long as you keep making them! 👍🏻
The fireball redemption run
Great fun with the twist!

I believe axolotl should be the number one priority above all the other conditions based on its goofiness. XD
Nice videos! Could you make a video with the differences between the abyss map and the original and advices for each one?
Let's go guys
Sometimes I play strict but some of my most rememberable runs is when I gamble on a item and it works out 🎉

🔥🔥🔥🔥
Literally in this one!
@Cephalopocalypse 😂
Whist spyglass isn’t great at making it’s money back, it does allow you to roll more aggressively which does hold real value.
I found the GMO that benefits from esty's couch: triple chunky.

I had a 2000 armor wave 20 run cus of axolotl with range from the walking sticks. boss dealt 1 damage.

Makes sense if you're comfortable with mouse controls!

heads-up/video request: entrepeneur with scythes is unhinged.
Have you done a GMO with all of them?
Howabout a Wolverine based potato? Brawler/Mutant with the claw weapons. Stack on +hp regen for healing factor.
Awesome video!
Where is everyone
Speedy is so fast, we have trouble keeping up
You didn't sound like a grampa to me to talk about your reflexes like that. How old are you, Ceph?

Speedy is actually pretty fun with hiking pole then if you can get 2 sniper rifles
Not gonna lie, I was waiting for you to die to a weird ghost after reading the title :P
It'd be fun if the Goldfish could create a level 5 item in the shop, likely Gold instead of Red?
That would be awesome yeah - one of my favorite card games before it died, Storybook Brawl, had special secret rare cards that could only appear if you had one of the level boosting effects and those were always sweet
Mafia run request for the algorithm, day 13
Character challenge . Speedy streamer streamer
Day 22 of asking for the "Brick only" challenge 😜✌️💜
That sounds fun! Hopefully he rolls into that on a random random!

At 15:37 your math is really bad for your "spy glass bad" explanation. Like bad enough that you should rethink it and actually do the math.
tell you what, why don't you do your excellent math for us here and we can all be impressed with how good it is
You can get curse in Crash Zone. Curse aliens spawn now too. Not sure if you’re aware.
