Which blur do.i choose been going through so many blurs and nothing that gives me the option to change
You could try other search terms like 'shadow' or 'gradient'
I don't have the option to change the colour of the blur, can anyone help please?

Yeah but then you can’t export it as a png… this is only in case you have a simple colored background, not quite useful
