I think you should keep it on not only because you've earned it, but also out of spite.
Doing things out of spite is truly the Banjo Kazooie way. Just look at Nuts and Bolts. "You want a new BK game so bad? Here's a new game where we mock collectathons for the first 10 minutes of the game." People got pretty upset over that, but given the cynical nature of these games its actually quite fitting.
yeah honestly it's not really a big deal. Death is meaningless outside of bosses and the bosses of the last 2 worlds are fairly easy anyway. Honestly the one in Witchyworld is the hardest and we already got to see her do that. I could see wanting to remove it for the final boss
You play how you want to, you don't have please a select few viewers. This isn't an online game where cheating is forbidden. Just have fun playing the game your way
I vote to keep the cheat on until the final boss, just for the sake of intensity - not making it feel too cheap. It was absolutely useful here (except for the snowball parts), and it will be very useful in the next world. I think for the sake of Lucah's emotional well-being, regen will be a godsend. I mean, the game is already frustrating with its need to backtrack; so having to take longer because dying a lot will only make it worst.
I vote to keep the cheat on. Personally this world has always made me a little sad because I know it's truly the last of the Rare giant open platforming worlds before they moved on from that genre, and it and the music even kinda has that feeling of finality. It's an interesting one though
If it's up to me in the vote on whether the honeyback cheat is on or off, I say leave it on. If it makes Reese more confident to learn some things later in the game and makes the experience more enjoyable for her, then leave it on. Plus it is a good safety net for certain difficult challenges.
Keep the health regen cheat on! You earned it, and those folks STFU. It's much more fun seeing you two enjoy the worlds without having to worry about dying due to wonky enemy or level shenanigans.
The idea that people are getting mad about you not dying every five minutes is so weird to me. Like ooh, we get to see more of the game per video *and* there's more engagement from you two because you're not doing the same thing over and over? Well we can't have that now
If they want dying every five minutes go whatch the TRG playthrough of BK Chugga's first time playing RUSTY BUCKET BAY ENGINE ROOM Or her playthrough of BK
Then of course the same people would ridicule Lucah and Jon for dying a lot anyway if it was off. Like can’t make everyone happy so do what’s best for oneself instead.
Fun fact: The alien parent is one of only 2 characters in the game who can give a Jiggy to Mumbo (the other one being the Styracosaurus, if you help her shrunken child last)
I think the third jiggy he can collect is the crushed one in the mines that he levitates into the crushing shed. Banjo and Kazooie can turn on the crusher before the boulder is moved inside.
Getting Jiggies super fast, Mumbo helps us out at last! Though he brings life to the dead, Mumbo still gets mean things said. 41:44 I agree, you’ve earned that cheat, Keep it on, it’s rather neat. Please hatch Tiptup’s child, I beg, Don’t forget that you poop eggs.
Keep the code on if you want it. You guys are the ones playing and the lp is more fun when you guys are having fun. Plus, it’s literally a game mechanic you guys found and earned.
I fucking love his character ad-libbing. It’s just the best thing when people do that, and it’s one of my favorite things about let’s plays. A buddy of mine used to have a let’s play channel known as OddSoul**, and he did stuff like that all the time. One great example is in his LP of Golden Sun, he-in the role of player character Isaac-went on this whole demented spiel about how his companion Garet was so desperate that he’d even fuck hay. Like, literal bales of hay. It was AMAZING. I love nonsense like that; it just adds so much flavor and humor, even to things that are already great. **Until TH-cam nuked his channel in 2016 after Nintendo’s shitty new president took the reins and starting going after channels that dared to have a few let’s plays of Pokémon ROM hacks. Yeah, I’m still extremely bitter, and I bear a very deep grudge against Google, TH-cam, and this current incarnation of Nintendo for this and multiple other reasons. This channel was how I got to know this guy, goddammit, and it was my favorite. Adding insult to injury, he had just hit 10k subscribers right before losing his channel-losing it, by the way, with no warnings or strikes or anything. Total fucking bullshit.
Honestly, as long as it makes Lucah enjoy the game more, I say keep the honeyback-cheat on (except for maybe the last boss fight because that would take all the tension out of it). My only wish is for Lucah to explore the new worlds a bit before Jon takes over. I hope that will be possible for the last world :)
Unless there’s something like the Snowball that obviously borks with the Health cheat on, my vote is for the option that leads to Lucah & Jon having the most fun. When y’all have fun, I have fun, simple as that. Also, I read a book last year titled “Cloud Cuckoo Land”. I’d assumed at the time that it’s name was a reference to “Cloud Atlas” as the stories are somewhat similarly structured, so the world reveal at the end of this part has naturally thrown me for a bit of a loop.
Nobody respects Mumbo, and yet he has a spell that can literally bring the dead back to life. That’s someone you want to stay on the good side of, not cast aside like he’s not worth your time. And now, the way is open for the weirdest stage in Banjo-Tooie: Cloud Cuckooland.
@@Leopoldshark I think the only explanation for that is that he didn't have Glowbo power then, which he didn't think he would've needed if he was just playing cards at Banjo and Kazooie's house.
Apparently, the “everybody hates Mumbo” thing even applies to Gruntilda. I believe there was this blurb in a game article that outright stated that the reason Mumbo looks the way he does is because Gruntilda cursed him to look that way. (Also, apparently he is likely a Jinjo). For this level, I’m okay with leaving the cheat on as it leads to a streamlined viewing experience without the frustration of having to retread the same ground over and over (though I would turn it off before the final battle). Plus, let’s face it, there will be plenty of frustration with a certain returning character.
What are you talking about? Mumbo can most definitely use a barbecue! We saw him do it in the first game. Banjo, Kazooie, and Bottles might have actually enjoyed Mumbo's cooking if Tooty hadn't insisted they go and beat Gruntilda, even though they had already rescued her.
If you wanna have cheats on leave them on. You earned them, and this is your playthrough. Maybe for the final boss I'd recommend it. But for the next world I absolutely see no problem with fallproof or regenerating health.
Crazy that Mumbo only needed a glowbo to bring people back to life. And one of the big driving forces is trying to bring Bottles back to life. So, as much hardship as Mumbo gets, it seems Bottles has it worse with friends that won't try to revive him faster.
You earned the cheat, you can do whatever you want with it! Personally, I'd leave it on so it's one less thing for Lucah to worry about when playing. I honestly don't get why people are getting upset over it. Let Lucah and Jon play how they want to play!
Actually, Mumbo has a barbecue! He fires it up after you clear Grunty's Furnace Fun and everyone celebrates the first time around. He can also be seen cooking Banjo's goldfish Roysten.
Don't let no one tell you how to play this game. Its YOUR lets play and if some of your viewers want to see you complete the game without exploiting an INTENDED quality of life reward, then they should just go watch someone else instead. Those viewers be reminding me of the type of people who claim that speedrunners aren't real gamers cuz they aren't playing through the game the way it was intended. Seriously, one of lucah's first collectibles in this LP was a Jinjo that she completely cheesed by using the statue transformation. Hell, she's literally doing this LP with Jon just so that she can avoid doing the hard stuff. If you're somehow still watching and expecting an honest to god play-through that embraces the challenge of this game, that's completely on you at this point.
32:37 Leave it on or turn it off, do whichever *you* want! It's your LP, after all, not ours, and since the Honeyback is a legit code that the game itself gives you, there's nothing wrong with using it. Especially considering without it, you'll probably get impaled on the difficulty spike that is the final boss
I'm going to also vote to have the cheat on. As a casual viewer of these games cuz I never grew up with them, I feel like the cheat has just allowed for some more funnier moments in general and as shown in Hailfire Peaks it proved to be an active benefit (despite the awkwardness with the Snowball transformation)
Fun fact: the Alien Dad and kids, and Sabreman are probably the only characters in the game to not be assholes to Mumbo if you talk to him before rescuing all the kids. Yeah he tries to exterminate the race on Earth but compared to what characters do to Mumbo on a regular basis that's nothing.
You know, I'm kinda curious about why Humba hates Mumbo. What if they dated in the past. Maybe she taught him magic, but all he used his magic for was to make her boobs bigger or something. He did something to piss her off forever. Maybe he cheated on her and then she used her magic to make everyone else hate him too... Am I the only one who is interested in that story?
Now as you see, Banjo Tooie is a LOT more forgiving than the original. Remember the original made you collect 94/100 94% jiggies and 810/900 90% notes as opposed to 70/90 77.8% jiggies and 640/900 71.1% notes (Shack Pack is the most expensive move required to beat the game). You can skip Cloud Cukooland in Tooie but you're stuck at the 810 note door after Furnace Fun if you skip Click Clock Wood in the original
I vote to leave the code on! It feels like a Looney Toons episode seeing Banjo and Kazooie fall off of cliffs and get bashed and bruised and just walking away from it all.
Was the music in Jimmywiggy's temple faster than usual for anyone else? It's nothing major, just kind of caught me off guard. Ah well. I say keep the Honeyback cheat on. As I said before, you guys more than earned it and at the end of the day it's a time saver if Banjo and Kazooie did get into a bad scrap. And considering what I know of Cloud Cuckooland based on my own experiences, it could be a decent help here. That said, hoo boy you are in for a treat with this world. I mean that sincerely. I remember a handful of details, but it really stands out to me specifically because of how...well, I guess the best word to describe it would be zany. You'll see as you go, but honestly I like this world. You guys did good on Hailfire Peaks! I only have a small bit of trivia that's kind of moot at this point: The intended way to reach the shivering alien child was through Icicle Grotto. There are some stalactites on the ceiling that you can detach (guess how) and they'll create a pathway for Kazooie to reach a ledge she can use to glide over to the child. But honestly? I think your way was more fun.
Keep the honeyback cheat, you got the cheato pages, you earned it, also, sometimes it's just fun to be Kazooie with her being able to glide and just glide around the world
Like the Split Pads, the Mumbo Pads have a message on the side; Eekum Bokum. Honeybacks definitely won't be as useful for the final world, but it still helps.
My vote is keeping the cheat on, you earned it, for one, and 2, it's fuckin hilarious seeing you go through hazards and pretending nothings wrong cause it's on Plus, ik if it were me, I'd 100% keep it on, no questions asked Do what'll make you have the most fun, since that's the most important thing with anything content creation wise!
22:34 Well. L.O.G. gives Mumbo a grill in Nuts & bolts. But he is also playing a role of temporary husband to Humba Wumba. Not that they have that relationship the entire game, but still.
On today episode of Everybody Hates Mumbo, our skulled friend aids our heroes Banjo and Kazooie to acquire the final Jiggies of Hailfire Peaks, but will everybody still hate him? Find out on today exciting episode of Everybody Hates Mumbo.
0:44 The pool Jiggy in JRL. We were given information that one of the hot pools in HFP’s Fiery Side connects to that cold pool in JLR based on one of the kids psychically contacting us. However, the pool will somehow be too hot if we were to drain the hot water as it is, so we need a way to cool it. 2:44 This Jiggy thankfully isn’t that bad to get without the code thanks to all the snow on the other side. You just have to make sure you have enough health to get here and don’t fall off on the Fiery side. If they really wanted to make this tough, all this snow would be gone with nothing but ice left. 3:42 We are done with the Snowball. Shack Pack is very handy and can help save on Clockwork Kazooie eggs if you don’t need explosive power. 4:40 I think Reese will like the final transformation. 7:00 And even then Shack Pack protects Banjo from the hot water coming down. Wonderwing got severely gimped in Tooie. It’s not even worth using in most boss fights (or even usable to begin with in the cases of Targitizan and Lord Woo Fak Fuk). 9:12 So I guess Jon and Reese just forgot that Mumbo and Humba are connected in this world. 11:14 Couldn’t resist, huh? At least Jon remembered. Maybe you just wanted to see Mumbo get his butt burned. 13:50 I thought Mumbo had to revive one of the kids. As Reese pointed out, one of them’s dead. 16:00 Unfortunately Willy took off for a McJiggy’s. 18:40 IIRC, the children are named Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. 19:02 I like that this shows how not even Kazooie has a heart of stone all the time. You have to come back to HFP anyways, and we know it connects to JRL. Efficiency, people. 20:00 At this point we still need to return to GGM to use the Claw Clamber Shoes, Witchyworld if you want Madame Grunty’s cheat, JLR for Tiptup’s egg, Terrydactyland for the thirsty boi whose name eludes me, Grunty Industries for that one Jiggy at the bottom of a toxic pool, and HFP once we’ve cooled that pool for the JRL pool Jiggy. We also need to drop off the last Cheato pages and Empty Honeycombs. We could probably have an entire episode dedicated to final cleanup and be on our way easy. 21:23 Please no Assist Barriers. 22:00 Not in this game. I don’t remember if they show up in Nuts & Bolts. I wouldn’t be surprised since one of the areas is alien themed. Don’t you remember the first ending of Kazooie? They were having a summer barbecue after rescuing Tootie. 23:33 Has Reese not seen the Nuts & Bolts redesign for Humba? I’m surprised Reese advocated for the non-poop method. 24:10 Man, anyone else remember 40 Winks? It’s Banjin’ time! 27:53 Can Clockwork Kazooie not make it? 31:50 There’s not a lot you can tank in the next world though. If anything you’ll probably be dying a lot from getting knocked into pits. Honeyback can’t save you there. 32:40 Leave it on. Better yet, put it to a Strawpoll. Actually Reese didn’t want to do this one even when she had enough Jiggies because she didn’t want to be spoiled on a world that she wouldn’t be visiting for a while anyhow. 37:15 I forgot they did this. They gate off the actual final boss with more Jiggys, just as they did in Kazooie. 38:00 It does. I think you need Banjo’s final move to get through though? 41:00 I’ve never seen this. It looks so weird with Kazooie just walking in pace. Normally, Banjo is tumbling upwards doing what would be his falling animation. Weird is putting it lightly. You watch the LEGO Movie? Yeah, this ain’t that Cloud Cuckooland, but it’s still bizarre all the same.
The oil drill isn't quite as easy as you suggest - there's only one patch of snow accessible without dropping down a step the snowball can't jump back up, and it's not the easiest thing to find. You can either get through with the snowball fast enough to still be large enough, or you can find that one patch of snow and regrow there without falling to a lower region. Or you can honeyback.
Are people really still upset about honeyback? Get over it. The cheat is a reward for being thorough in collectathoning. Even if it makes the game easier, there are still plenty of opportunities to watch Lucah ruin everything, trust me.
Imagine having fun with a game the way you want to. What a concept, comments. My opinion is do what you want. Also, glad to see you've been having a lot of fun recording this together! I could sense that energy in your commentary. Have fun with Cloud Cuckooland. It's quite deserving of its name. It'll definitely provide some, uh, memories
My two cents on regen is. Keep it on until the final boss. I think turning it off for that alone would honestly be fine. Not that the next world is that much of a challenge damage wise. Even though it does do a cheap shot.
Mumbo can literally revive the dead, but that's still not enough for people to respect him. They must hate him because he can't climb ladders or poop. And I'm fine if you guys keep the regen cheat on since you earned it and I definitely used it in my first playthrough. It's not like anything besides pits and the final boss is likely to kill you at this point in the game anyways. 14:30 Me getting called out. It's a shame they fixed talking to Mumbo through the floor on Xbox, because I always found it real funny. I'll bet the 100% speedrun uses the glitch because it skips having to walk up to the second floor.
My memory says that you won’t be able to cheese cloud coco land like you could hell fire peaks so keep the regen on. Health is never too much of an issue in this game as A the nap pack can restore ur health and B death has little consequence in this game compared to Kazooie
I also like how John just went a roundabout way to get to the icy side lower instead of going into Humba's via Mumbo's house which is why that was there.
Sabreman in Tooie has a bit of a story behind him. The reason he's in this game was to be a sort of meta joke, because the Sabrewulf franchise had been dormant for decades at this point in time and Rare had plans to make a new Sabrewulf game for the GameCube. So to explain how Sabreman would suddenly be back and where he had been for all these years, they had you literally revive him in Tooie after being frozen in ice for decades. So that would explain where he was and why he's now free to be in his own games again. The problem is the Microsoft buyout of Rare happened right after this, so he never got his game. As an Easter egg you can hang out around Sabreman while he's sleeping on the lava side of this level, and one of his random dialogue options mentions him riding on a dolphin. He's talking about the GamCube, which as nicknamed project dolphin in its early inception.
Keep the regen on!! The last level is so much more fun with it. I really don't think it makes the game much easier to be honest. You've still gotta do all the platforming, and without the fear of death from falling it's not as scary so you're more likely to be a bit braver and make the jumps. I say keep it on! :)
The alien quest is PEAK Tooie. The children cannot be found until you speak to the dad to trigger the quest. They literally do not exist until activated. To speak to the dad, you must revive him with Mumbo. Mumbo cannot save any of the children; they're all either under ice that needs to be ground pounded, or glided to. Once you go back to become Banjo and Kazooie again, it turns out one of the kids NEEDS MUMBO TO BE REVIVED. So you have to GO BACK and BE MUMBO AGAIN just to go back to the SAME PAD YOU JUST USED to do it again. It's all just pointless back and forth to make the game just a little bit longer and a little bit longer.
1:51 Wow is it way easier to reach that switch with a big Snowball Banjo with Honeyback on, I wish I had it when I played the game as a kid! 3:28 I wonder if you could also use a Clockwork Kazooie to get this Jiggy. 11:54 Yep, funnily enough the easiest way to get to Mumbo's and the locations where his magic is needed in this world is through Humba's. 18:58 The one thing that made Kazooie go "aww" (at least at first) was a poor freezing alien baby, that's so precious! 21:50 This Jinjo plushie is adorable, I'd love to have one myself! 22:33 He doesn't need a barbecue of his own since he can use for free Banjo's. 29:43 Yeah, most certainly you can get this Cheato Page and that Jiggy with Clockwork Kazooies. 31:21 Yep, Hailfire Peaks is a great world, even more so if you eliminate its potential frustrations through Honeyback. Like I said I'd keep that code on, you earned it and more importantly it let you have more fun! 41:05 Lucah certainly didn't see this coming. Looking forward to Cloud Cuckooland next time!
I say leave it on until the final boss, then take it off to try a few times beating it, if you manage to beat the final boss without it cool, if not then turn it back on and finish the game, in the end you should do what you want
Keep the health cheat on!! As I said last episode, you earned it. And now, a few more of my ramblings. Mumbo using Life Force is a bit odd, considering that's exactly what Grunty is trying to do to regain her body. I guess Mumbo is able to do it without draining the lives of others (Though maybe he at least needed the Glowbo's life... o7) A cute detail here is that Kazooie tends to have a soft spot toward kids despite being rude toward everyone else. In Terrydactyland, she called Terry heartless when he joked about killing his baby, and here she seemed to really enjoy taking care of the alien baby. Just a nice detail for her character Finally, in the N64 version for Jiggywiggy's Challenge for the final boss world, instead of showing Banjo climbing along the edge, they instead just go into first-person and stare at the sky, which makes it near impossible to know where the puzzle pieces go!
Been enjoying this lets play! Just a tip for Jon and maybe Lucah too, whenever you're flying, if you go into first person and look in any direction and hold beak barge, you'll fly incredibly fast in that same direction. For example, if you look upwards and beak barge, you'll fly incredibly fast upwards. As for the honeyback, I don't mind it, but I hope it's turned off for the final world at least for the sake of challenge lol. Hope you both enjoy the rest of the game!
I think the reason people don't mind the other cheats is because they feel like upgrades not a fundamental change to gameplay. Regen massively changes the gameplay loop because there's no tension of trying to not die. I have 0 strong preferences but I'm kinda glad it was on in the world with cliffs, freezing water, and lava.
Let's keep on Honeyback and Fallproof. It's been really fun to watch and it *seems* that they're having fun...which in the end isn't that better for everyone?
I want to give one tip for Cloud Cuckoo Land. Place all the seeds then do mumbo's spell as soon as possible This world has a lot of individual tasks for just Kazooie and Banjo PS: Clockwork eggs can press switches
I forgot about something, and it's hard to ask without spoilers. Is a certain something always in a set one, or is it the first one you walk into? Or is it randomised? Hopefully that's vague enough that Lucah doesn't get spoiled, yet is clear enough that you understand.
@@TheVeyron623 don’t know why I didn’t get a notification. Randomized each playthrough(according to the wiki) I never really thought much about it. But if it is not random, I don’t know the logic
"figure out which one of us is playing!" Is Jon telling Lucah where to go? If no, then he is playing. Also, keep the cheat on; the last world and last boss battle are rough. The Grunty battle is much more of a puzzle, so it's very frustrating if you solved the puzzle aspect but can't get the timing down for the mechanics.
I say leave the regeneration on.
It's funny seeing Banjo getting smacked, crushed, burned and frozen like the world's most abused rag-doll.

For Lucah, keep the cheat on. I love watching yall have fun more than I do them struggle.
Keep the code on if you want it. You guys are the ones playing and the lp is more fun when you guys are having fun.
Plus, it’s literally a game mechanic you guys found and earned.
Jon's portrayal of Mumbo gives me LIFE.
"Heard you turned into a snowball. Kinda sucks. Miss my transformations now, dontcha?"
If only he could use that magic on somebody that died in the first cutscene in the game.
Keep the regen on! Not only for Lucah and recording's sake but also to spite everyone who says "OMG TAKE IT OFF!"
The title used to be “Schmoving”. I love that it was changed to Free Willy Alien Baby.
“I’m not one to judge, that’s for a vengeful god to do”
“Let hun live in that ice cube! That’s his punishment!”
Lucah you’re the best XD
I don't see why people are legit upset about the having the "cheat" on. Let them play the game how they want.
38:53 No actually. You actually need the last move from the next world to get here.
Banjo:
-will sleep with old man
-will not sleep with kazooie
Fun fact: the Alien Dad and kids, and Sabreman are probably the only characters in the game to not be assholes to Mumbo if you talk to him before rescuing all the kids. Yeah he tries to exterminate the race on Earth but compared to what characters do to Mumbo on a regular basis that's nothing.
Keep it on, the snowball was the only reason I saw to turn it off. Have fun you two!
"I would like to meet a Willy."
~Free Willy Alien Baby
Keep the code on! Who cares if they're mad, y'all earned it!
"hey, your kids dead over there" killed me hahaha
I like the code being on, it brings a lot of laughs and enjoyment of the environments for you both rather than frustration
My vote is keeping the cheat on, you earned it, for one, and 2, it's fuckin hilarious seeing you go through hazards and pretending nothings wrong cause it's on
Plus, ik if it were me, I'd 100% keep it on, no questions asked
Do what'll make you have the most fun, since that's the most important thing with anything content creation wise!
PLEASE keep the health cheat, you LITERALLY earned it!
22:34 Well. L.O.G. gives Mumbo a grill in Nuts & bolts. But he is also playing a role of temporary husband to Humba Wumba. Not that they have that relationship the entire game, but still.
Lucah: "That's definitely an anteater"
Aardvark: "Am I a joke to you?"
31:22 Hailfire's pretty COOL, get it? hahaha....
Are people really still upset about honeyback? Get over it. The cheat is a reward for being thorough in collectathoning. Even if it makes the game easier, there are still plenty of opportunities to watch Lucah ruin everything, trust me.
That last map legit looks a lot like Diadem with the giant rock in the center and all the different islands around it. looks like a lot of fun!
Chalk another one For leaving Regeneration On.
You got the Pages to Unlock it, You earned it, If you want it on, you should be free to do so.
Every time mumbo chants to me it sounds like his saying please don’t fuck up and yer keep the cheat you earned it
I'm more interested in seeing Lucah and Jon progress and have fun then see them frustrated and struggling; leave the code on.
The magic is in Mumbo's pants. You heard it here first, folks!
Alternate title: Vocal Wiggling!
jons quiet "is he goofy coded?" got me good
Let's leave the code on. I'm also getting some Deja Vu cause I thought we did this last episode lol.
I can’t believe this LP has been going on for 3 months already! It’s been a fun series to watch, thanks Lucah and Jon!
That literally happens in this episode. Jon says exactly this.
god lucahjin you are spirit animal, my persona and my blade! (This right after wing it 18:20)
Keep the regen on!! The last level is so much more fun with it. I really don't think it makes the game much easier to be honest. You've still gotta do all the platforming, and without the fear of death from falling it's not as scary so you're more likely to be a bit braver and make the jumps. I say keep it on! :)
"he dosnt have a grill" Wasn't Mumbo grilling at the end of the first banjo game? lol
Ooo I’ve never played banjo tooie before but cookoo land looks so cool!! I’m excited for the next episode.
Yeah, I think like everyone else: my vote is Cheat on until final boss
Gotta love a Mel Brooks reference: "Spaceballs the flamethrower, the kids love this one!"
Mumbo does have a grill, though
It was seen in the original game after completing Grunty’s Furnace Fun
I love the blue alien's little jinjo doll!
I honestly forgot about TipTup's egg.
I say keep the health if you want it.
I like regen! It's funny. You earned it. Our big sister playing video games for the first time deserves all the help she wants
I guess Mumbo is able to do it without draining the lives of others (Though maybe he at least needed the Glowbo's life... o7)
A cute detail here is that Kazooie tends to have a soft spot toward kids despite being rude toward everyone else. In Terrydactyland, she called Terry heartless when he joked about killing his baby, and here she seemed to really enjoy taking care of the alien baby. Just a nice detail for her character
Finally, in the N64 version for Jiggywiggy's Challenge for the final boss world, instead of showing Banjo climbing along the edge, they instead just go into first-person and stare at the sky, which makes it near impossible to know where the puzzle pieces go!
You could say that Banjo's new backpack power allows himself to fit into 'tight holes'.
If Mumbo can revive people in Hailfire Peaks, why don't they just drag Bottle's body here
Been enjoying this lets play!
Literally seeing no one be mad about the honeyback cheat. Keep it on! You earned it! Loving this LP
Next time on Banjo-Tooie, Banjo and Kazooie embark upon a journey to arguably the Strangest world in the entire franchise.
I want to give one tip for Cloud Cuckoo Land. Place all the seeds then do mumbo's spell as soon as possible
This world has a lot of individual tasks for just Kazooie and Banjo
PS: Clockwork eggs can press switches
I forgot about something, and it's hard to ask without spoilers.
Is a certain something always in a set one, or is it the first one you walk into? Or is it randomised?
Hopefully that's vague enough that Lucah doesn't get spoiled, yet is clear enough that you understand.
@@TheVeyron623 don’t know why I didn’t get a notification.
Randomized each playthrough(according to the wiki)
I never really thought much about it. But if it is not random, I don’t know the logic
@@fernandobignardi6716 Ooh, that'd be interesting. At least we'd be able to tell which one will be the thing before that actually happens.
Has Mumbo's magic ever not worked?
Leave the code on!
Keep regen on, you earned it, and you are both enjoying it more because of that.
"figure out which one of us is playing!"
Is Jon telling Lucah where to go? If no, then he is playing. Also, keep the cheat on; the last world and last boss battle are rough. The Grunty battle is much more of a puzzle, so it's very frustrating if you solved the puzzle aspect but can't get the timing down for the mechanics.
Leave the code on. F*ck the haters!
